Another great stay in Westfield. I see negative reviews and don’t understand. This house has everything you need at a fair price. Our family visits the area multiple times a year. And this has become our home away from home. We look foward to our next visit. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

The property was exactly as pictured and described with all the right comforts. The master bed is in the top 5 most comfortable beds Ive slept in in my life and the tv image and sound quality was awesome. If youre looking for an affordable short term rental I recommend!

When I asked if there was anything more I could do, I was told everything was fine, and no other issues were mentioned at that time.After checkout, we found extra guests had stayed, several rooms were left in disarray, and items were damaged or missing, including a chair, linens with stains, and a TV remote. We always strive to provide the best experience for our guests, and open communication during the stay helps us address any concerns right away."
How can I give negative stars?? This place was a dirty and smelly.Its lawn had not been mowed in months.There was a hole in the driveway.There was 2 adult men (not the owner) cleaning up garbage when i got there.They refused to leave the property even after the rental had started.I walked in the house for 10 seconds before leaving for a hotel.O

The worst ever.The house is dirty and has a bad oder. It smelled like dead animals in the walls.Cookware old, dirty with baked on grease, unusable.Dishware and utensils old and greasy.Kitchen had ants all around the sink.While taking a shower out of nowhere the hot water lever fell off the valve and fell to the bottom of the tub.We even found poopy kleenex stuffed in between sofa cushions. Extremly disappointed in Vrbo renting out this property, hard to understand how Vrbo allows this to be listed.

We had to stay because we had no where else to go with 5 people but we considered taking a loss and getting a hotel room. The place had an odor and was not cleaned properly. Dirty bath mat, kitchen mat dirty and stained, carpet stained. Under the sheets the bed was disgusting, walls and ceilings just beat, kitchen table sticky. This was extremely disappointing. I should have read the other review before booking.

The house looked like an abandoned property. It was dirty and gross. The sheets had hair on them. We actually couldn't stay. We were hopeful that after taking pictures and sending them, we have some sort of recoupment but we did not. Even though we booked through vrbo, it was apparently another company's listing and they were also no help. We won't use vrbo again. Also watch out for Evelve,

The house served our purpose for a place to put our heads at night and have a full kitchen for meals. They yard needed some mowing and trimming. Getting the dog's poo out of tall grass was not fun. The water dispenser and ice maker did not work and there were no ice cube trays. So, bring a bag of ice if that is important to you. The lamp in the living room is a little finicky to turn on. Just turn the knob slightly, and finally it will. The cold water in the shower doesn't stop when you try to turn it off. You need to find a sweet spot in the rotation of the knob to make the water stop. The sink in the bathroom is not attached to the wall, or the floor. So, it wobbles and moves a little. We couldn't figure out how to watch any services on the television (e.g. Cable, Direct TV, etc.) so instructions from the host would be great for future visitors. Lastly, the latch on the gate to the fenced-in yard did not latch. Overall, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable and clean, towels and washcloths provided and the amenities were sufficient for us and our purposes. It was worth the price. I left some measuring cups and measuring spoons I brought will me for baking as a contribution to the house.
As previously reported, this property had multiple unresolved issues that made our stay extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The home was not in acceptable condition. I had complained about the dirty towels—some were later replaced, but the overall condition remained poor.The AC unit placed in the living room did not work and blew hot air. It was covered with aluminum foil, as shown in the attached photos. The kitchen was filthy, with no trash bags, a dirty sink, and a coffee machine containing old residue. The house had a strong odor, the bottom door did not lock, and two TVs were not working. None of the remotes had batteries—we had to purchase some to use one TV.Despite calling the host multiple times, no calls were answered. Four rooms later lost power, leaving us in unsafe heat and unable to get ready for my niece’s baby shower, which I missed due to these conditions. When we contacted the host, we were told no help would come until 7 PM, which was unacceptable. The host also kept turning off the central AC remotely, making the stay even worse.The host was unprofessional and dismissive. This property is unsanitary, unsafe, and unfit for guests. I am requesting a full refund and compensation. This listing should be reviewed and suspended to prevent further harm to future guests.
