My name is John, owner of ViYarte, along with Sahara my hotel manager and operations lead. Together we both have multiple decades of hosting guests as well as unique experiences, tours and immersive retreats and workshops.

It is so great for me to ground down after 2 decades of global traveling to finally host people in my own space and showcase the place and country that I love dearly - Nicaragua!

Why they chose this property

Playa Marsella is a true gem of Nicaragua. One of the quieter beaches but only 15 minutes from San Juan del Sur. It has a great bay for swimming, sunsets, the best beach bar (Islote) in the area and a large sand bank to have it feel like a giant private beach.

What makes this property unique

Known as the 'castle on the hill' there is something about being in this unique and expansive villa with incredible vistas of the valley, jungle and ocean, and only being a 3 minute walk from the beach.
