Family vacation

Pool deck was beyond dirty. I reached out to the property manager and never heard back. The gas fireplace outside was not functioning which would have been nice since the nights were still chilly due to weather.

We also have no record of any unanswered communication from you regarding these concerns. Guest messages are a top priority for us, and we strive to respond promptly to all inquiries. As for the outdoor gas fireplace, it was inspected and functioning properly before your arrival. If any issue had been reported, we would have gladly addressed it immediately.
