Maintenance Notice: We are undergoing works on the outside of the building, where concrete spalling is been removed and the building painted. Our contractors will be accessing the balcony’s only to carry out the works.These works are due to be complete by the 30th August.

Please note: The outdoor pool is closed from 17 July for 2 months. The BBQ area will be closed from 30 April between 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday.

The apartment is located on the 18th floor of a high-rise building directly on the beach, and the view is truly impressive. From all windows of the apartment you have an amazing sea view, which is definitely the highlight of the stay.It is situated in a quieter part of the Gold Coast, which we really appreciated. It is away from the busy shopping areas and heavy crowds, yet they can be reached within a few minutes on foot, making the location very convenient.On the downside, the condition of the apartment could be improved. The furniture is quite old and not in very good condition, and the apartment is equipped in a rather basic way, with little sense of luxury. With some updates, this place could be excellent given its fantastic location and views.

Emplacement idéal avec belle vue sur la mer . Appartement spacieux avec équipement adéquat . Dommage que cela soit gâché par une maintenance limite:rideaux déchirés dans les deux chambres , climatisation non fonctionnelle dans la chambre parentale ,vitre brisée dans le salon avec éléments électriques apparents….bon séjour malgré tout et hôtes qui ont entendu nos doléances

I’m sorry though that a few maintenance issues got in the way of an otherwise good stay. Things like the curtains, the AC in the master bedroom, and the window definitely shouldn’t have been in that condition, and I completely understand how that would’ve been frustrating. Thanks as well for raising these with us during your stay as we did our best to step in where we could, but I agree these are things that should’ve been picked up before arrival.
