Quiet place in 200 complex away from busy streets.

Older condo, could use updates. Nice pools, courts. Only 4 towels for 4 day stay. Ceiling vent very dirty! Roomy. Comfortable beds.

A grandma place near my family

We came to Florida from Bend, OR, to visit with my son and his daughter. This condo was nearby his place and fit our needs perfectly. My daughter insisted that I sleep in her room, the one with twin beds. We cooked, swam in the pool, played at the play ground and went grocery shopping. All of this was very convenient. I would do it all again. The management company enhanced our stay with their backup support and precise directions.

Taken advantage of!

We felt taken advantage compared to our other friends who rented thru the property management. Our room was old and outdated. The twin beds were tiny, for the size of a child not 16-17 year olds. Minimal supplies were given. There was 1 roll of toilet paper. We have NEVER had an experience like this with all of our travels before. We checked in and wanted to check out immediately! If you want to go to an event at IMG, go thru the property management directly. We were charged 4x what our friends paid, and their rooms were 4x nicer. Disappointing is an understatement!

We certainly respect your feelings, and at the same time, we would like to point out that even before your arrival we had dialogue about the unit you were choosing and the amenities provided being a "starter kit" so guests didn't need to run out to a store immediately, You were not happy about that in addition to other things about the unit, so we offered to allow you to cancel your reservation and book elsewhere. Although outside of cancel policy we offered to refund in full and not charge any cancel fees. We did this precisely for this reason. We never want any guest to feel taken advantage of in any way, nor do we want a review such as this as it really hurts our unit, which is perfect for some families. Other units run specials at different times, as do we, so this is all relative. Providing all of the information ahead of time and allowing you to choose not to keep your reservation was really all that we could do. We certainly wish this had gone differently.
