60 year old man who loves the Island and what Island life has to offer . My favourite destination on the island ? --- Tofino . Make sure you allow yourself a day to drive over there and walk the beaches . Make sure to stop at Cathedral Grove on the way over .
Why they chose this property
I love this building because it is so centrally located to just about everything . I use the sea wall all the time for running and it is just one block away . Lovely little outside courtyard sitting area complete with chairs and a propane BBQ.
What makes this property unique
Downtown living and yet tucked into the corner of a beautifully landscaped courtyard. It truly is a downtown hideaway . Just a 2 minute walk to restaurants and the sea wall . If you want to treat yourself have lunch or dinner at the Lighthouse Bistro which is over the water and is just one block away .
This building is very well managed and the managers ,who are friends of mine and live directly above me , run a tight ship and have created a living experience that is very uncommon in condo living . Very simply this is a great place to live .
