The apartment is exactly as pictured in the description. It is very nicely put together, very clean, with beautiful views and a great location. However, there were some negatives. The first was being forced by the host Relaxaway to make the final payment through an additional company called Alloggio. Then Alloggio charges an extremely high additional fee for paying with a credit card, the only way to make the payment. Not only do you not have the normal protections when booking through VRBO, but you are charged extra money that was not part of the price originally agreed to when booking. Then just prior to arriving I got an additional email demanding a photo of my driver’s license. We just checked out yesterday and I already got an email from Alloggio that they have had a data breach! No offer of theft protection or credit monitoring. The reviews of Alloggio online are terrible. The bathroom in the bedroom to the left when entering did not have a door to the shower, it probably got broken at some point but it has not been replaced. This means the floor in front of the shower gets soaking wet. In both bathrooms you have to keep the door closed when showering and for a long extended period after, otherwise the fire alarm rings. There was a warning sign in the bathroom off the living room but not in the bathroom missing the shower door. It was difficult to get ready when you can’t leave the bathroom door open to let the steam out after showering.

Perfect base for Queenstown visit

This property couldn't have been more perfect for our stay in Queenstown. The space was as described and the view was as fantastic as in the pictures. It was spotless and contained everything you would need for a stay. Town was just a short walk away. We are already missing being there. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful place!
