Would Stay Again

To summarize: We will be looking to stay here again. Parking in front of residence makes unloading easy. The facility is spacious & has nice views. We felt at home & will gladly stay again

It was a remarkable amount of space and having two beds and two baths was very enjoyable. The Walmart across the street was super convenient. I look forward to returning next year.

While this property is clearly aging the living and sleeping spaces were great, comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and stocked for cooking in if that is your preference. It is certainly ours. The location is great and we were able to walk to the grocery store and nearby restaurant and coffee shops. We also enjoyed just wandering about the neighborhood. All in all this is a fine property if you plan to spend a number of days in the Pagosa Springs area.
