A shared laundry room is located in the basement with an easy access. The main floor kitchen is equiped with most of the things you need in a home. A big yard with fire pit and chairs for your evening hang out.

Bedrooms are equiped with a Sleep Country Queen Mattresses that will ensure that you enjoy your sleep. Home has a central fan (not AC).

Walking distance to street wall that has different eatries, Co-Op grocery store, bus stops, play grounds, churches.

Easy access to Chinook & Heritage Malls, Anderson East/West leading to Storny & Deerfoot Trials, family friendly recreational centers- Southland Leisure Ctr and All Chiefs Sportsplex & Jim Starlight Community Hall, and the Glenmore hiking pathway.

My sister and I recently stayed at this centrally located property in a charming neighborhood, minutes away from downtown Calgary. The property was immaculalry kept. Cozy bedrooms, comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen and living room. It was super handy to have use of a washer and dryer after traveling by train. The host was excellent and very helpful indeed.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Very quiet neighbourhood with close access to public transit to go into the city and main roads to go out west or south of the city. 10 minute walk to a plaza for several fast food spots, convenience store, pharmacy and alcohol and a 20 minute walk or brief bus ride to a large and lovely food co-op grocery store. Lots of green space and sidewalks for walking and close to both north and south conservation areas for hiking.
