Regarding the thermostat, the settings are in place to help protect the AC system from freezing up, especially during the extreme desert heat. We understand this can feel restrictive and will look at how we can better communicate this upfront in the listing. We also want to mention that additional blankets are available in the closet for guest use. As for property information, we do provide a Welcome Home Guide that includes details such as WiFi, pool instructions, and more—we’ll review how this is shared to make sure it’s easier to access. During your visit, our property manager met with you on multiple occasions to walk through your concerns in person and address each item as thoroughly and promptly as possible. We made every effort to investigate and resolve the issues raised, as well as clarify details about the home and its features. Our team did not find several of the concerns to be consistent with the property’s condition or amenities, and we worked closely with you during your stay to review these together.
