If you’re into rustic cabins, this is the place for you. The views are beautiful, it is nice and quiet in the area, and the outdoor shower is unique. The location is a good base for day trips to St. John, Campobello Island or St Andrews. The cabin is part of an old Nordic spa complex that closed a number of years ago.However, I would not recommend it for seniors. The windows are a two person job to open. The step down from the deck and up into the outdoor toilet are high, as well as the uneven pavers to walk across. (Especially challenging if you’re up in the middle of the night). There are no receptacles near the bed, so nowhere to plug in night devices (i.e. cpap). Luckily we brought our own extension cords.The cabin really needs a deep clean and vacuum in our opinion. Some cookware and cutlery needed rewashing in the laundry tub sink before we could use them. The backing on some decorative pillows flaked off all over our sheets when we removed for sleeping. So we question the cleaning fee. The furnace did not work. There is a space heater available and extra blankets we used one chilly night. And we noticed a visit from a mouse the morning of our departure.Disappointing for what we paid for our four night stay.

Unbelievable location, the views from inside and around the property are not soon to be forgotten. Any issues were quickly dealt with via text to Line. We would absolutely stay again.
