Many public parking spaces are available in a parking lot located at the base of the building. Fees can reach up to €30 per day if the 2.5-hour limit is exceeded. Parking is free from 8:00pm to 9:00am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The Indigo St-Cyprien car park is also a 10-minute walk from the building and offers discounted passes: parking rates range from €10 to €25 per day, depending on the length of your stay (see Indigo Neo Saint-Cyprien).
We provide all the essentials to ensure a smooth arrival at the apartment. The many nearby shops will allow you to stock up for the rest of your stay.

Not a bad place at all. Pretty basic and fills the need for a place to stay Be warned that it is a loud at night neighborhood but the host does provide complimentary earplugs. If you are a light sleeper you will need them. No blackout curtains but you could close the storm shutters in a pinch. Not really a lot to do in the hood but it's a a nice 20 minute walk to the centre ville. Had issue with the air conditioning which was a little frustrating but communication with the host was great and able to resolve.
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très propre, lumineux, chaleureux et tres bien équipé. L'hôte s'est montré très à l'écoute et agréable. Nous recommandons!

Procédure détaillée d'arrivée - clé cachée au fond d'une rue non éclairée, très bien pour l'autonomie, pas facile quand on arrive de nuit.Immeuble peu engageant, appartement très chaud (très mal isolé) et bruyant à l'ouverture des fenêtres (premier avion à 6h15, audible fenêtre fermée). Ménage approximatif (bestiole, vmc pleine de poussière...). Code wifi inutile car ne fonctionne pas (wps ok) Clim incompréhensible, se met en marche sans demande. Literie médiocre, qui grince.Parking inutile car loin de l'appartement et quelques places autour.Un hôte réactif mais communication heurtée.Je ne reviendrai pas.ménage (
