Condo was clean, close to town and quiet. The light over the kitchen table sucked. It didn't give out a lot of light. Called for early check-in and was given a code that didn't work. Called with the problem and it was rectified after 5 min. Putting this behind me. I had a good time.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the clean, quiet condo and convenient location. We appreciate your patience while we quickly sorted out the early check-in code, and we’ll also take a look at the lighting over the kitchen table. Most importantly, we’re happy to hear you had a good time in Leavenworth!

Comfortable Stay

This was a great place for my family to stay during our trip to Leavenworth. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was great for saving a bit of money and cooking breakfast and dinner for ourselves. We especially liked the happy song the microwave sang when it was done!

Small but cozy 2 bedroom condo unit, on the bottom floor. It was nicely decorated for Christmas which was a pleasant surprise. There was even a small tabletop Christmas tree! Very thoughtful. Older construction, maybe 40 to 50 years old, primary evidence is that the shower is like those of the 70s and 80s in that it is narrower than today’s. The flooring in the kitchen/living room/dinette area has severe noise/squeaking issues. The heating was by multiple space heaters and they worked very well, we were always very warm while it was freezing outside. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. It is a good location, a 20 minute/half mile walk into town so you can avoid town parking problems if you’re so inclined.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful and detailed review. We're so glad you enjoyed the festive holiday touches—we love adding a bit of seasonal cheer, and it’s wonderful to hear the little Christmas tree was a pleasant surprise! We're happy to know that you found the condo cozy, the beds comfortable, and the location convenient for getting into town. It’s great to hear the space heaters kept you warm during the chilly weather! Just to clarify for future guests: while space heaters are provided for added comfort and flexibility, the unit is also equipped with built-in heating. We’ll make sure that’s more clearly communicated going forward. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!

There was definitely a problem the first night when we found the smoke detector in the bedroom missing with just two wires hanging down. Called the after hours number and was told the concern would be emailed to the office. Got a call the next morning and was told they could send someone over to install one "if we want." What? It is the law (RCW). When we got back to the room later in the day someone had come in and installed one. Probably shouldn't have had to pay for the 1st night!
