The room is clean and the hotel is connected to a small shopping mall. Walking distance to Chinatown/Little India. Most of the shops and restaurants nearby don`t open until 9-10am. Early breakfast hard to find.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
A very difficult process of booking and confirmation. It took numerous attempts to secure a booking confirmation. Very inflexible in the alteration to travel plans and booked details.Very late instructions to check-in. Wrong pass codes for the lockers and difficulty in retrieving new codes. As lack of internet and connections do not allow for immediate communication. No backup plan for visitors from overseas to connect with host for instructions.
