Pool was dirty we were unable to use it. Back entertainment area was dirty and needed a big clean. Driveway very steep and steps dangerous. Some lights were not working on the stairs which was dangerous of a night.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback following your stay at The Lookout Lounge. We genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that the condition of the pool and outdoor entertainment area impacted your stay. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide for our guests. We also appreciate you bringing the issues with the stair lighting to our attention, as guest safety is extremely important to us. Your comments regarding the steep driveway and stairs are also appreciated. While these are features of the property's hillside location, we understand they may not suit all guests and your feedback helps us ensure we communicate these aspects more clearly. Please be assured that we will investigate the concerns you have raised with our team and contractors to ensure they are addressed appropriately. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
