Don’t be deceived

The pictures look great online. But the actual property is a different story. The bedroom door didn’t close. “Posh and Luxury” are loosely used. Outside the property you walk to trash. Listing states paper towels and paper tissue will be provided but no paper towels and no extra bathroom tissue. The caretaker was not attentive. Did not respond to messages. He did not show up when we checked out. He said just leave the keys on the table. We only saw him when we checked in to take our pictures of our ID. Per Vrbo listing- “Our caretaker will meet you at the property to collect the keys and to assist you with the luggage. We can also help you with private taxi drop-offs to airport.
