This beautiful condo is located at Phoenix East II in Orange Beach, Alabama. This building has some of the best amenities in town and the unit itself is updated and newly furnished. There is room for the whole family in this spacious 3 bedroom condo with sleeping for 8. Amenities at Phoenix East II include: 2 Beachfront Pools - Indoor Pool - Hot Tubs - Fitness Center - BBQ Area - Tennis Courts - & Sauna! Step inside the condo and you will find a large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We have stocked the kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes so you can prepare meals easily. Kitchen seating includes a dining table and a bar. The living room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass - an unbeatable view. There is plenty of comfortable seating as well as a large flat screen TV, entertainment center, and board games. We also have a full size washer & dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Master Bedroom has a sliding glass door with Gulf views and access to the porch. We have furnished the master with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The master bathroom has been completely remodeled for 2018! This is one of the few units in the building that now has a walk in shower and granite countertops in the master bath. The two guest bedrooms share the second bathroom and are each furnished with flat screen TV`s as well. There are 3 queen beds between the two guest bedrooms. We have set this condo up for you to have the best vacation possible! Relax on the porch and take in the views or get some sun on the beach or by the pool - you can`t go wrong! Please let us know if you have any questions we would love to accommodate you! Must be 25 to rent, No Smoking, and No Pets.

Parking: You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and we input your information into VRPaccessdotcom and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle for the entire stay. The maximum number of passes that can be purchased for this unit is 2 but based upon occupancy of the complex during your stay, it might be possible to purchase additional passes at the building’s service desk (note: additional passes likely won’t be available during peak seasons).

Chair and umbrella can be rented from Ike`s Beach Service.

Great view & location

we really enjoyed our stay at the Beachfront condo. The kitchen was well equipped, we appreciated having a washer & dryer. It was a quick walk to the beach & we also enjoyed both pools & hot tub. Excellent place to enjoy the Gulf!

We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hosts were friendly and responsive. One of our favorite parts was the balcony with a stunning view of the gulf. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway!

The Condo was very pretty. It had all the amenities we needed and then some extra. The stay would have been perfect except for one thing. The sheets were either so old or so cheap that they were pilling up on two of the beds. It made sleeping hard. It was so awful, we eventually abandoned one of the beds and went and stayed in the other condo we had rented. That may seem trivial, but it really was a turn-off. Check-in could have gone easier also.

Roomy condo

This was a great condo. Loved the layout. My only issue was there were several dishes in cabinet dirty. Had to was almost everything we touched and several outlets in condo(especially in kitchen)did not work. But I would definitely stay in this condo again. Very nice staff and overall place was clean. For a family very spacious condo.

Perfect location

Wonderful stay! The unit fit two families comfortably. Very clean, outfitted with all the kitchen items we could need. Beds, furniture and even the patio was very inviting and comfortable. We had one rainy day and we’re inside and enjoyed the games in the unit. Our only slight complaint was one member of our party was working and the internet was pretty slow. Overall, we enjoyed it very much!

This condo was in a great location and communication with proper manager was excellent. The only complaint is the bedding (comforters, shams, pillows, extra blankets) in master bedroom smelled musty and the sheets were sandy. Also, the towel rack was broken. A comforter in another bedroom had a few stains.

Amazing Condo!

We are from Washington state and we try to vacation to Orange Beach once a year. This is our first time staying in this condo and we were nothing but impressed, so cozy and clean!! The beds were so comfortable, we slept great our whole stay. All amenities you need for your stay. View was phenomenal with lots of boat activity. I hope we can stay in this condo in the future!

Great condo-great location

This was our second year at this condo. The condo is very nice, great views, great location. The view from the balcony is awesome, being right next to the Perdido Pass it is nice to watch the boats come and go. The time it takes to get from the condo to your chair on the beach is about 2 minutes. Also right next to the jetty if you have fishermen in the family. Couldn't ask for anything more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was one of the best rooms we have booked with at any of the Phoenix condominiums. It was very spacious and clean. Poor security/privacy issue

Great decor, location & view but privacy/security was an issue. Maintenance let themselves in to drop off filters. There was no communication (phone call,text,email,posting) prior to this incident. When speaking with property manager he stated it was important to conduct monthly filter changes, yet there were “10” filters in the closet. Renters beware; if you are in the restroom unable to answer the door, they will just let themselves in.

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay here and had the perfect vacation despite some small challenges. The property and condo are great. Great location, great views. The balcony was my happy place in the morning while my husband and son went fishing at the jetty which is just a short walk away. Chairs with umbrellas and an attendant who came by to adjust my umbrella as the sun shifted throughout the day were the perfect relaxation spot for me and exactly what I come to the beach for! I would definitely return! The only complaints were jelly fish and a master bath shower that really needs updating/replacing.

Just ok.

We stayed at the condo June 14th-June 18th. The condo is a little dated with the master bath shower being not good at all.. and the master bath being small. We had a little trouble with a moldy shower curtain in the guest bath but they came the next morning and replaced it.

Love to walk on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. I especially liked your nautical theme. It was very calm and relaxing. Adult kids and grandkids enjoyed all the card and board games plus the beach toys. We like to build sand castles and all the buckets and shovels came in handy. We will definitely stay in this condo on future trips down here. P.S. My husband said he really liked the zero entry pool, makes it so much easier to get in and out of the water.

I love this condo. It has one of the best views in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. I can sit on this 9th floor balcony and watch boats coming and going in the Perdido Pass which is practically next door. You can just walk up to the pass and fish from the jetty. I can look straight out to the beach below and watch the surf and swimmers. This balcony is also right above the outside pool. The condo is big and roomy and clean which is important to us. There was an outdoor closet which had beach and pool toys for the kids. We ate out some and there are several restaurants close by. When we did cook the kitchen had everything we needed. This condo building had lots of things to do right here. Indoor & outdoor pools, kiddy splash pad, hot tubs, basketball court, tennis court, shuffle board, racquet ball court and volley ball nets on the beach. We really like the fact the outside pool has zero entry access.. We will definitely stay here next time we come to the beach! Thanks.

The rental agent was very cordial and helpful. He was friendly and well informed on local information. Appreciated owner's good taste in this clean, uncluttered and comfortable condo. Beds were comfortable. I slept better than I do at home. The view of the surf is spectacular, allowing you to watch boats coming and going through Perdido Pass. The kitchen was well supplied with small appliances and utensils. Furniture was comfortable and well placed for families to spend their time together. The floor plan makes each bedroom private. This is the smaller of two Phoenix East buildings so we did not have to wait on elevator lines like we have done at other condos in the area. The outside sports amenities are very nice with well furnished exercise room, indoor & outdoor pools, splash pool, basketball court, tennis courts and sauna. Beach access was no problem for this senior couple. Location is close to shopping with stores, grocery and restaurants nearby. We will stay here on future visits to the coast.
