They promote a covered pool, but its freezing, besides no housekeeping, or cleaning, one towel or shampoo for the whole week…

I enjoyed the area because I had work there but it is not touristy. It is a safe students area. The building is nice and well maintained but the staff working in the building doesn’t know a word of English and won’t hold your luggage. The gym is small but Ok, the laundry can only be done with an extremely uncomfortable app that requires all your private data and is available only to Brazilian residents. The apartment was well maintained and had proper insulation but it is tiny and I doubt it can fit a couple. For me it was Ok because i was alone and could use the common study area and gym for my needs. Communication with the apartment’s staff was only through what’s app which I personally dislike and find uncomfortable but they answered all my questions within 1-hours of asking. All in all it was a positive experience for those needing to stay in the area but the laundry mat should be simplified and human communication would also help.

O lugar atendeu super bem às nossas expectativas! Achei só um pouco menor do que parecia nas fotos, mas nada que atrapalhasse a experiência. A localização é ótima, pertinho do metrô Vila Mariana, com mercados por perto e ainda tinha um mercadinho automatizado no próprio prédio, o que foi bem prático. Só senti falta de algumas coisinhas de casa, tipo pano de prato, e achei pouca a quantidade de toalhas (vieram só duas). Fomos numa época mais fria (fazia entre 10° e 22°), então nem tinha sol direito e ficou difícil secar as toalhas. No geral, foi tudo muito bom! Voltaria com certeza.

A estadia foi incrivel! Predio novo, bem estruturado. Quarto pequeno (studio) porém super funcional, equipado e extremamente limpo e conservado. Chuveiro a gas maravilhoso. Praticamente ao lado da estação de metrô e facil acesso aos pontos da cidade. Area de convivio ampla e bem equipada. A unica critica fica em relação à piscina que é maravilhosa porém apenas decorativa, por se tratar de uma piscina coberta e sem aquecimento, agua extremamente gelada e impossivel de entrar. Mas foi informado na recepção que ja foi aprovado o aquecimento da piscina. Em breve, voltarei a me hospedar no Nik.

A porta da varanda quebrada e um fedor de esgoto vindo da pia. Solicitei mudança de quarto e não foi possível, mandaram a manutenção apenas no dia seguinte e eu tive que dormir com a porta aberta da varanda! Vinheram e não consertaram nada! Dormi 2 noites com medo!

A estadia por 5 dias foi uma experiência muito boa, o AP é bem confortável, atendeu as expectativas.Local estratégico para acessar todas as regiões, um pouco de barulho durante o dia devido a proximidade de escolas, mas suportável.Recomendo !
