The check-in process was annoying and it didn't work. We kept having to go back to reception anyway for them to work around the glitches. The building smelled pretty bad overall, and the bed was AWFUL. We both woke up in pain many times throughout the night. The password to enter the bedroom didn't work, so we were locked out of our room for a bit after we had just arrived from a long trip. Staff was friendly and did all they could, but I still wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.

Nice, clean, new apartments, close to all the best restaurants, shopping malls, wine bars, night clubs and cultural centers. Eating the best Fillet steaks everyday for pennies, whilst winning and dinning with the most beautiful women in the world, very freindly people, whats not to like ?

It is a good and safe place to stay, the people at reception is really friendly and helpful 24/7. However the room condition is a bit old, we couldn’t open the windows and the TV was old and did not work well. Out of the the neighborhood is amazing, such good location close to a big Shopping and the awesome Av. paulista.

Very cheap rate in the heart of the city for a modern apartment with two bedrooms, comfty beds. Ape apartments are very clean and have a 24hr self service shop in the foyer stocked with beers, wines, soft drinks and snacks. Five stars

Good size room but very limited service. Everything has to be done online and staff are not really helpful. It is not a hotel really but an apartment. Location was good, right in front of a very good shopping centre and with subway options nearby.

Overall good stay, because your on Paulista Ave. But Hotel staff is not helpful when asking them to assist with ordering food. They act like they don't understand English as well. Overall room experience was bad because lock of window was broken, and someone from the other room was lurking through my window.

Functional apartment with friendly staff

The apartment was in worse condition than the photos, mine had filler patches in the walls. It was also a lot smaller than it appeared in the listing. They say it isn’t a hotel but there was nowhere to throw out rubbish and they didn’t even provide any sponge or dustpan and brush to clean the apartment, so I’m not sure how you can keep it clean without access to this? The cutlery was also dirty when I arrived. Everything needs to be rented from the vending machines. The staff were really helpful which was one bonus of staying here and the location was good for access to Avenida Paulista and the metro. There is also a really great little shop/vending machine setup in the lobby with ready meals and snacks and drinks - it was so handy! There was also no safe/secure place in the apartment for valuables which I would have appreciated. On the whole the apartment did the job for what I needed, but I probably wouldn’t book here again as it felt a bit too bare bones for me.

Localização excelente!

O quarto estava limpo, a localização é excelente. As paredes do quarto estavam riscadas, um pouco suja (marcas de tempo e uso) o suporte de TV estava torto, de modo que a TV ficava apontada para baixo e bem torta, difícil de assistir, mas sim, vou voltar a me hospedar lá, talvez tenha outro quarto em melhores condições.

La ubicación es inmejorable, la Av Paulista y el centro comercial Patio Paulista muy cerca. El cuarto que nos dieron inicalmente era MUY pequeño para dos personas, así que tuvimos que hacer un upgrade. La limpieza está bien, aunque la ducha tenia algunas manchas.

Cai fora enquanto da tempo!

As fotos que constam no site são bem diferentes da realidade encontrada. E um prédio velho com uma maquiagem. O aquecedor não deu conta de aquecer o quarto, a água do chuveiro era morna e não tinha pressão, o banheiro estava sujo e bem desgastado… terrível! Além disso, todos os elevadores tiveram problemas. Tive que usar o elevador completamente no escuro. Fora que é super barulhento. Da pra escutar tudo dos outros quartos e o barulho da avenida paulista é alto!
