Strong smell of cleaning agent lingering in the room all night… third bed - sofa bed poor condition … didn’t provide drinking water in the room … no kettle provided … no tissue paper in the washroom nor anywhere … but like the solar room and garden .. breakfast is good … staffs are friendly and helpful Suggest management fix the above issue thanks

Good Place To Stay

The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!

I found the staff very friendly and breakfast was really nice also. I found the place walking dostance to leaning tower and closeness of the train station was a huge bonus.

Nice place, not fancy, clean, good parking. Decent location, you need a car. Pisa has very poor transportation. No uber, good luck getting a taxi.

A lovely place to stay.

We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was a lovely added extra. The rooms were big and spacious with clean towels everyday. If you are wanting to go to the Leaning Tower it’s an ideal location.

Great parking bidet sprayer heads need to be changed. Ventilation fans are needed in the room. If you left the doors open, mosquitoes came in. Breakfast was really good. Host and hostess were extremely accommodating. We felt safe and secure.

Staff very friendly and welcoming aswell as great communication before arrival. Fantastic accommodation, clean, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast perfect. This hotel is really cute. Perfect for a weekend, clean and the girl at reception is impeccable. Rosalia. The breakfast is delicious and rooms are very modern. Location is great. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants and to the tourist attractions. I highly recommend them.
