Electrical night

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Nothing to watch on TV. A reading lamp, next to the bed, had an opening, with electrical wires exposed, I almost got electrocuted, when I touched, thinking that was the switch to turn the lamp on and off. The switch was actually underneath the bed, and not on the lamp itself.

Location, Location, Location

Great location on nice pedestrian shopping street that leads to the Grand Via. This hotel is updated and modern. Great location in Madrid to do everything. Walked to Grand Via, Puerta Del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Lots of shopping and sightseeing with a stop on the Grand Via on the Hop-on Hop-off buses. Clean and hip hotel.

Okein siisti ja mukava hotelli, jossa kaikki toimi hyvin! Ihania extra yllätyksiä, kuten aamupala pussi ovessa aamuisin ja kuohuviinipullo jääkaapissa uutena vuotena. kahvihuone myös kiva ja kattoterassi! Huone pieni, mutta siinä kaikki tarvittava. Henkilökunta oikein mukavaa ja avuliasta!

Centrally located and clean

Very small hotel, no lobby just a reception. Rooms are small too, especially bathroom and toilet, but very clean. No breakfast, just complimentary crurasson and apple, and a coffee machine on a top floor. Location is great - the hotel located on a walking street, just 5 min to Grand Via.

Everything Amazing

Room with nice size! Very quiet! Very central! Amazing rooftop with cafe lounge and free juice and cookies between 8:00-24:00. 5 stars! Free Internet.

Great Hotel Central Madrid

Great centrally located hotel, the superior room we had was a great size and had three balconies. Breakfast is hung on your door each morning and there is a 24 snack and coffee area on the 5th floor. Will definitely stay here again, staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Location

Perfectly adequate hotel for our needs. Clean, comfortable beds, great terrace, friendly staff. The water, fruit, and pastries delivered each morning were a nice touch. I'd stay here again. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see.

Super clean and well-located

Very central location, on the border between Malasana and Chueca. Room was small but immaculately clean. Very helpful multilingual staff. Every morning a small bag containing a delicious pastry, piece of fruit and bottle of water is left on the door.

Recepção excelente. Pessoal muito simpático atencioso e prestativo. Serviço perfeito. Ficamos no quarto situado com frente para a rua, com trânsito intenso de pessoas. Muito barulho, portanto. Além disso, não há cortina black ou, o que faz o quarto muito claro. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar.

Super accommodatie in hartje Madrid!

Een heel centraal gelegen accommodatie midden in de winkelstraat. Heel modern, schoon en toch rustig. Zeer goede service. Onze 2 persoonskamer met aparte bedden had een klein raam dat ‘uit keek’ op een hele kleine binnenplaats. Hierdoor lag het erg rustig en hadden we totaal geen geluiden van buitenaf. Ondanks dat er geen ontbijt wordt aangeboden, hing er elke dag een tasje met 2 flesjes water, 2 stuks fruit en 2 mini croissantjes aan de deur. Erg verrassend! In het koelkastje op de kamer stond ook water dat gratis verstrekt werd. Op de 5e etage van het hotel Kun je de hele dag door vers gemalen koffie, thee en sap uit de automaten krijgen. Ook staat er een fruitmand voor de nodige vitaminen. Elke dag schone handdoeken. WiFi is gratis. Werkt niet altijd even snel, maar goed genoeg. Het enige ‘minpuntje’ is dat er geen prullenbak in de kamer was, alleen bij het toilet. Maar een kniesoor die daar op let ;) De B&B ligt op nog geen 3 minuten lopen van metro halte Tribunal en op 5 minuten van metro halte Chueca. Vanuit het hotel is de hele stad goed te voet te ontdekken. Een aanrader!

Excellent hotel in excellent location!

We loved everything about the hotel, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was big and fresh, rooms clean and large! You get a lot for your money at this hotel. Perfect location with walking distance to attractions around the city, and very convenient to take the metro from the airport (only one stop to change line). On floor five they serve fruit, cookies, tea and coffee etc every day for free. I will definitely stay here next time in Madrid!

Ideales Hotel für die Stadterkundung!

Große Zimmer mit gut isolierten Fenstern. Kleines "Frühstück" hängt morgens an der Zimmertüre. 24/7 Obst, Kekse und Kaffee sowie Milch zur Selbstbedienung. Super freundliche Angestellte, die schon den Check-in eherzlich machten. Tolles Bett und viele Steckdosen!

The hotel is odeally located close to the centre. Clean and comfortable. Although everything is available it rather lacks warmth and character. The coffee room is not grest.
