The Loox was a great experience. Easy check-in and check- out. Very centrally located in the lower town and easy walking distance to the upper town. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zagreb.

Building itself shows wear and tear but the apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. Directions to access the facility were accurate and provided in a timely manner. I'd stay there again if ever in Zagreb.

Centrally located modern studio

Excellent hotel host who communicated regularly. Comfortable modern suite in a great central location. Had everything you need for cooking but we did not use the kitchen facilities. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking nearby at a cost.

Inhad the best experience staying at Loox. The hotel area was accessible to all.major areas in the city. The room was spacious, clean and had everything one would need. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have an extended stay in Zagreb!

This place was better than I thought it would be!! Bed was super comfy, kitchen was well equipped, bathroom and shower were excellent. Plus, what a location! Steps from literally everything and right on multiple tram lines. Our room faced to the back of the building and was silent at night, even with windows open! Great place. High recommend.

Great stay in modern place

The place was in great condition, very modern and clean. It was as central as you can get in Zagreb and easy to get anywhere. Communication with landlord was easy and responsive. Recommend for anyone!

Clean and great location

The room was cleaned and free of any tabaco smell which I appreciated a lot due to not having this in other places in the city. The apartment had its own bathroom and a small kitchen (we didn’t use it), AC was good because it was a bit cold outside so we slept really well. The location is great so you can walk to every location no need of bus, or taxi.

Loved it! Communication was A from the beginning! Marija was involved and helpful and made this stay in Zagreb a wonderful experience! Smooth and easy. Don't be scared by the gate! And location? City center within 5 min walk distance... Simply perfect!

Located in the perfect area for getting round the city with different shops surrounding the area. The apartment, was fantastic. Clean, modern and very well finished. Very good communication with the folks in charge with clear instructions on how to enter the property. Again the room was stunning so much so I’m wanting to design my bedroom based on it.
