Absolutely loved everything about my stay , breakfast was amazing , service was amazing the owner was amazing , everything was clean & beautiful. Felt like home foreal ! You can tell they truly care about their guests. The room was spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated – a perfect combination of comfort and style. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Omar, Dominic and the entire staff were VERY helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast is made for you each morning a la cart - it’s not made for everyone as a group. A very nice touch. Highly recommended place to stay.

A nice stay for 4 days

The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. The shower was excellent,as well as the airco. Omar and the girl at the reception (forgot her name)were very friendly and helpful ! The only thing that could improve was the breakfast:not enough variety.

El servicio es EXCELENTE, Omar y Melissa hicieron todo lo posible para que nuestra estadía fuera de primera. Las recomendaciones de restaurantes de Omar y sus desayunos fueron un tremendo hit. The property staff are amazing, especially Omar. He went above and beyond consistently with any issue we had. Never experienced such genuine hospitality from staff before. The unit was perfect. We had a 1 bedroom with a kitchenette. The location was ideal. It was on El Conde which is closed off to traffic. There are stores and restaurants along this area with a park at either end. I had another place booked but when I read the reviews at this place I decided to switch hotels. It was a great decision. I would definitely come here again.

Overall all good. Management could have done better to inform us when the room was ready. Floor was not cleaned well, our feet turned pitch black after a shower from walking on the floor. Haven’t had breakfast yet, can’t comment.
