The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget.

Great staff! Comfortable rooms

From the moment we arrived, the two ladies at the front desk set a super welcoming vibe. They were very personable and helpful. Going back to the front desk later, we got a great recommendation for dinner from the guy who was on the later shift. What has been amazing though is their above-and-beyond help in getting my daughter's AirPods back to her in Canada. It ended up that I needed a shipping label printed, the AirPods packed, and then the whole thing dropped at the post office. They were supportive and patient throughout, and once I got the order figured out, they took care of the rest for me. For the room, we booked for three people and were surprised - after their help checking us in an hour or so early - to find our room was really two rooms, each with their own bathroom (YAY! AMAZING with a teenage daughter!), joined by a kitchenette! We weren't aware of the student housing concept but just thought it was a hotel-type accommodation, so once we knew that, it made a lot of sense. We dined one night in the common area, which is a cool space with amenities. We wished we would have made it to the rooftop, but the rain. Next time. It seemed like a bit of a strange location at first, but easy access to both Montpellier and Lattes, and all the other places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour, chambre propre, peut-ĂȘtre la peinture Ă  refaire, personnel aimable, cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e du nĂ©cessaire. Petit point noir, l'insonorisation. La journĂ©e, ça peut aller l'immeuble vit ce qui est normal, mais le soir venu lorsque l'on souhaite dormir, c'est difficilement possible car on entend la conversation du voisin au tĂ©lĂ©phone, qui ne parle pas si fort que ça.

Tout Ă©tait ok pour crĂ©a le et neuf. Seul le lieu peu dĂ©notĂ© du reste. A notĂ© que le matin, une forte odeur nausĂ©abonde Ă©tait dans la salle de bain, on aurait dit des remontĂ©s d’égout ou bien les odeurs de la cuisine Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Sinon RAS : lit confortable et trĂšs grand, tout propre. Manque un savon pour les mains.

Les locaux sont propres et trĂšs fonctionnels. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueillis malgrĂ© le fait que ce soit que pour une nuit. Le plus se sont les chambres sĂ©parĂ©es avec leurs salle de bain attenantes. Juste pour le petit dĂ©j les croissants Ă©taient un peu cramĂ©s mais c’est pour le chipotage pour rendre le sĂ©jour parfait.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben nur ĂŒbernachtet. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck sollte man nicht dazu buchen. FĂŒr diesen Preis ist das eine Frechheit. Es gab drei abgezĂ€hlte Scheiben Wurst, Toast, 3 MĂŒslibehĂ€lter, eine Marmelade und etwas Saft, sonst nichts und die QualitĂ€t war miserabel. Lieber an der AutobahnraststĂ€tte etwas essen, das kostet genauso viel, ist besser und auch mehr Menge und QualitĂ€t. Ansonsten alles prima.

Hip design, men vissa brister

Boendet var bra för sitt pris, men incheckningen var lÄngsam, receptionisten talade lÀnge i telefon innan vi fick checka in. Sedan fick vi ett rum som redan var upptaget, receptionisten gav oss fel rumsnummer och fel nyckelkort. Rummet var bra för en övernattning. Frukosten var undermÄlig, flera saker var slut redan kl 8. SpektakulÀr inredning, vÀrt ett besök men hoppa över frukosten.

Leider waren die Zimmer dreckig und es musste nochmals eine Reinigung kommen. Die zwei Personen Mann und Dame an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Allerdings konnten wir nicht frĂŒher einchecken. Eine TĂŒre war die Batterie leer.

TrĂšs bel Ă©tablissement hĂŽtelier, je suis agrĂ©ablement surprise. C'est un Ă©tablissement que je recommande fortement . Il ne manque absolument rien Seul, en famille ou entre amis À savoir , ma caution qui doit ĂȘtre donnĂ©e Ă  l'entrĂ©e, sur les cartes Ă  autorisation immĂ©diate par exemple ça peut ĂȘtre compliquĂ© et l'info n'es pas visible facilement Ă  la rĂ©servation. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© surprises par la notion de cohabitation avec d'autres personnes dans le mĂȘme appartement avec la cuisine en commun. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le parking gratuit et le Babyfoot. Par contre, nous pensions que nous pouvions nous prĂ©senter au petit dĂ©jeuner jusqu'Ă  10h30 sauf qu'il se terminait Ă  cette heure-lĂ , il manquait donc des produits. Une des personnes de l'accueil a eu la gentillesse de me cuire une baguette de pain. Les indications sont cependant insuffisantes Ă  mon sens Ă©tant donnĂ© la complexitĂ© des bĂątiments, des indications en visible le long des bĂątiments seraient apprĂ©ciĂ©es je pense en plus de celle directement en façade. Merci aux Ă©quipes
