Good location in city center. Furniture in the apartment not in very good condition. Bedding very disappointing (mattress protection to big and therefore making very uncomfortable fold, sheets not fitted and too small ...). No luggage locker after check out. Personnel at desk to get and leave keys Ok. Life suites personnel that was in one morning very unpleasant, quite rude. Fire alarm inspection twice in 2 days sounding in the morning, waking you up, people entering your suite for the inspection without prior notice, quite disturbing.

Apartment in downtown

This is an apartment and not a hotel. As long as you understand this then your experience will be good. If you like baseball the stadium is across the street. About a 10-15 minute walk from Union train station and from Queen Street West. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor of the building next door. Small supermarket is a block away.

Easy to access, located right across from Ripley's Aquarium. Nicely renovated with a balcony. I found the shower a little tight, and I'm a small person. Overall nice place in a good location to Union Station. Walkable to points of interest. Great stay, quiet while we stayed.

Location and building fine, there is no concierge it is a security desk. The unit had maintenance and cleaning issues. There were deep iron burns in the bedroom carpet they covered with a blanket. The bedframe was wobbly. Chewed gum on the wall and hair in the corners. Stovetop missing a knob. Contacted the company and never got a response. I was only there for 3 days so did not Persue the issue further.

The unit looks nothing like any of the pictures. The bed is very small, it looks like a full size bed, however I was told that I don't know the difference between a king and a queen.

Great place to stay close to lots to do downtown Toronto. Hotel was nice and clean. Bathroom set up is not great with little counter space and bad lighting. Only 1 mirror in the whole place makes it hard for multiple people to get ready. Pull out couch was not comfortable at all! Mattress is very thin and does not stay in place, slides down into the couch while laying on it. Fine place for one night though
