overrated as a 4 star hotel can be 2-3 star

First of all i have my VIP access booking but the staff did not offered me directly my access. I asked for what includes in my booking and asked if theres some drinks. - Was told the restaurant was closed to 17:00H took time to get some food to be served like took 90 minutes. - Spa is closed coz its Tet nothing special. - The reception informed that breakfast is at 7:00 am upon check in. The next day we try to get to the breakfast area but the reception stop us and says it is 08:00 am so we need to leave early as we have a booking at 08:00 am. The following day saw a sign that breakfast start at 07:00 lots of misleading information from the reception. This property shouldnt br included jn the VIP access selection.

I stayed here last month for a night. I was quite surprised by their service. They learnt my name and my route just in a morning. It was very touching when they offered a cold welcome drink and fresh towel in the hot day in Hanoi. Lovely hotel!

部屋はとても快適でしたが・・・・・・楽しかったです。

部屋はとても快適でしたが、前の宿泊客の生ゴミがシンクの下のゴミ箱に残っており　コバエ？と異臭がしました。 　毎日　掃除をお願いしました。２泊目　２枚あつたタオルが１枚になってバスマットが下駄箱の上に　使用済みがおかれたままになっていました。3泊目　残り１枚になっていたタオルが　交換されていなくて又　使用することになりました。 　部屋のスリッパが　右右で　面白くて写真を撮りました。右右でも　履けました。たくさん　笑って楽しかったです。 　また、宿泊しますね。　ありがとうございました。
