Great location and very nice to have a kitchenette. No reception or visible onsite staff but that worked well for us, just something to be aware of. Great view of the city from our room. Furniture was mostly comfortable but nothing extraordinary. I would stay here again for the price we were able to get for it.

the suite we stayed in was exactly as shown on Expedia. Big suite with in-suite laundry, fully stocked kitchen, king bed with pocket doors for privacy plus an office! Loved having a clothes washing machine and dryer. Enjoyed being able to walk to the downtown area and numerous places of interest. For international guests it'd be terrific if there were instructions on how to use the cable TV (and/or the ability to cast from our phones or use streaming services we're already subscribed to). Clearer instructions on what to do with keys at checkout would be appreciated.

Good option if you like to prepare your own meals. A short10 min walk from parliament hill. Operations manager was very nice and kind allowed us to check-in early with a small fee. Would consider coming back on future visits to Ottawa.
