The property itself is beautiful and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and open space. The location is on a rougher side of Pueblo with a lot of transients and run down homes. However, the property is fenced in and I felt very safe . It was a great price in a spot really close to down town. I really loved it and would stay again .

Wow, wasn’t expecting this to be so nice. Area a little scary, but wasn’t worried, I grew up in that neighborhood in the 70’s, not much has changed. All in all we will be back.

I had a good experience! I looked was two days for somewhere to stay but it wasn't worth the price and the cleaningness was horrible I just knew one I saw this apartment it was perfect! Very clean nice and my body was very sweet and I needed anything he came quick will definitely be back soon!

Ok its in a rather poor neighborhood, the dogs next door are bit obnoxious, the unit had some power issue but manager was responsve as much as possible, did a pretty fair job at updating the inside and price was very good. Kitchen helpful given location but no icemaker, not as clean as we expect but thats happened even in hotels. Good communication so felt our concerns were heard!

Think twice

Location is rough. Had drive by, speeding, and just up the street is a car that was taken apart and abandoned. I would recommend doing your homework before selecting this location. Cheaper but definitely not safer. Unit also had less than a half a roll of toilet paper for 3 days. Towels are very old so recommend buying or brining your own. AC unit is great for front part of the apartment but much smaller rooms than it appears and stuffy. Food around the area is limited. Quite a few homeless and drugged out folks as we walked around a bit. Was told that Pueblo is trying to revitalize this area but much work still needed.

Fenced in parking lot is nice! My daughter and I stayed for a dance competition and we had plenty of room to spread all of her stuff out. Location is super close to downtown where the competition was held. Great location and communication!
