Incredibly helpful and generous. Highly recommend to anyone who is traveling to Floripa! Sitting by the pool was my favorite part on top of the beautiful room that has all you need for your trip.

Great experience in Florianopolis, I spent one night there to go to Porto Alegre and unfortunately didn’t have enough time to use the pool, but the flat itself was amazing, with a nice area with restaurants and live music downstairs in the nearby building, I highly recommend the place

The studio was purporting to be a hotel had an extremely hard bed, one towel for over a week and an additional cost for an additional towel, no coffee service even though they had coffee cups in full display. I would not recommend this place, unless they change the bed and provide additional towels for over one week stays.

Flat no centro com centro gastronômico

Localização estratégica no centro , empreendimento com a comodidade de um centro gastronômico e um supermercado no térreo. O que facilita o dia a dia! Piscina com vista no terraço imbatível! Sentimos falta de alguns itens básicos porém no todo, o flat atende a proposta! Equipe atendeu sempre que tivemos alguma dificuldade ( vaga de garagem ocupada e acesso no check in )

Local seguro, boa limpeza, fácil de entrar no estacionamento, instruções claras, equipe responde rapidamente, local novo e bem cuidado. Apesar do clima quente no dia, o apartamento que eu fiquei aparentemente não pega sol, era bastante frio e o ar condicionado tinha função aquecer, mas não estava funcionando (somente frio). Quanto a cobertas tinha somente um edredon fino. Acho que também dei azar na vaga de garagem, bastante estreita, ficava entre uma parede e uma coluna.

bom, mas não foi vista panorâmica

O apartamento era muito bom de tamanho, porém na hora da reserva dizia vista panorâmica e a vista dava para outro prédio, diferente das imagens. O horário de checkin muito tarde 15h, tentei entrar ao menos dentro do prédio para aguardar e não foi permitido, reconhecimento facial é na porta de entrada. Às 15h conforme programado não estava liberado, tive que recorrer ao pessoal da higienização para entrar. E o tempo todo em contato com empresa por whatsapp. A vista do terraço é linda e vale a pena a estadia. Outro ponto muito positivo é a localização e os restaurantes que tem no térreo, bem como mercado que tem tudo!

Muito boa, tudo novo no quarto, tudo muito limpo…só sugiro ter mais utensílios de cozinha. Tipo: vasilhas, panelas, sanduicheira ou um airfryer … o local oferece vários restaurantes e tem supermercado embaixo, porém, se vc resolver cozinhar algo em casa não tem vasilhas para guardar por ex., uma cuscuzeira, ou panela de pressão. Tem o básico e aí vc se vira caso tenha criança (que foi o meu caso). Mas fora isso, o local é perfeito.

Barulhento.

Nem Airbnb nem hotel. Cama extremamente mole. Dava para sentir a mola. Quarto muito barulhento. O anúncio dizia vista panorâmica, na verdade é a mesma vista no quarto apartamento clássico, não muda nada. Apenas um rolo de papel higiênico disponível. Nota baixa pelo barulho e pela enrolação do título de quarto panorâmico.

O local era muito bom, mas não tinha itens básicos - para quem busca algo similar a estada em um hotel: sabonete e xampu. Muito bem localizado e com boas opções de restaurante sem que seja necessário sair do prédio. Faltou avisar no anúncio que a vaga de garagem é pequena e de difícil acesso... impossível estacionar algumas camionetes (como era o meu caso).

Gostei do apartamento, muitas amenidades comi supermercado. Mas fiquei 13 dias, então tem que ter uma troca de toalhas se banho, roupa de cama. Também faltaram itens básicos como chaleira, cafeteria, leiteira, garrafa térmica, sanduicheira...
