No anúncio dizem ter utensílios completos para cozinhar, mas havia apenas uma panela, 4 copos e 5 pratos. Tivemos que nos virar para conseguir coar café. No geral, o app é bom, mas com essa ressalva.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, o parque, restaurante comida excelente porém o preço um pouco alto. A limpeza deixou bastante a desejar. De 4 dias de hospedagem só limparam 1 vez.

Só faltou deixar claro em qual recepção ir, fui em uma que alegou até que poderia ser golpe, aí me dirigir a laqua IV e fui recepcionada pelo João, que foi muito prestativo e resolveu tudo pra gente, gratidão. No mais a experiência foi incrível, apartamento aconchegante e completo fiquei encantada.

Achei muito bom... Está precisando de algumas pequenas reformas como , o chuveiro que estava vazando , lâmpada dos abajures... tomadas no quarto ... E não tinha o telefone pra entrar em contato com a portaria do hotel ... Mais são coisas pontuais e eu retornaria novamente...

Atendimento excelente na recepção. Péssima experiência no parque aquático, tem que ficar recarregando o cartão para consumir, atendimento é ruim, tudo tem que buscar no balcão, preços exorbitantes e qualidade ruim da comida, frango sem tempero e cortado enorme os pedaços, batata murcha, porção de alcatra cheia de pão embaixo para parecer que é grande.

Foi Ótima! A parte do Jardins Aqua Parck foi excelente! Na recepção foram muito educados e prestativos o parque fica a poucos metros da acomodaçao. A acomodação cumpriu o que o que prometeu porém a limpeza dos colchões e do sofá cama deixou a desejar pois estavam precisando de higienizaçao urgente!

Hospedagem ruim demais da conta

Minha experiência não foi boa. Ventilador de Teto não funciona e o ar-condicionado não gela. Ainda bem que não estava fazendo muito calor. Microondas funciona a hora que quer, e quando solicitei a troca, levaria 1 (um) dia para colocarem outro no lugar. Tive que esquentar as coisas la na cozinha gourmet. Tem cozinha, mas nao tem utensílios para utilizar. Total disperdicio de espaço. Sinceramente de todas hospedagens em Caldas essa foi a pior. Mas o hotel é tranquilo, piscinas otimas. Somente a acomodação que deixou e muito a desejar.
