Great location, great rooms

I booked 3 studios for the family to visit Old quebec city. Studios were new and very clean. Nobody present at checkin but it was very easy to do from email sent and any help eas just a phone call away. The location is excellent, only a 10 minute drive to the old city. This place is great value. I highly recommend Les Lofts de Vitré studios.

Communication on getting access was painful to get as there is no one on site. Parking was not clear. Smart TV and apt were impeccable and in great state. The bus to downtown was the most convenient 15 min single bus ride. Loved the place.

Great stay!

Exactly as it appears in the photos. Incredibly clean and well equipped in the kitchen (you could make a cake if you wanted to). Beds are super comfortable. The 800 and the 802 busses are right there for easy access to Vieux Québec. Nice big TV. The only negative is communication / check-in. No one is really present at the hotel. They say reception is 17-20h but they were only there once. So I had to give my bank card over the intercom at the entrance which was very uncomfortable and risky.

The room was large and clean. But lacked a lot. No storage. No dresser or closet in the bedroom, only 5 hangers and a hook. We had to live out of our suitcase. The bathroom was large , but again very little storage. Only a bookcase style cabinet and a few hooks for towels. With all the room in the bathroom, could have used more shelves. Also, shower didn't drain correctly, so floor was always soaked after showers. We had to soak up the water with the towels. Called to have this checked, but still had same issue. No one was ever available to speak to in person. Could only communicate by email or phone. Room lacked privacy, windows only had sheer panels and no shades. Room became very hot on sunny days, which made it very uncomfortable.

Nice, new space. Bad check-in, no locks inside.

The building and room itself are nice, brand new and very roomy. My issues with this space come from communication, check-in, and sense of safety. The Lofts asked for me to email my credit card information as a deposit, however literally in the hotels.com email underneath their request for my credit card they said not to provide credit card information via message. They will not provide check in information until they have your cc info, but since we were coming in after hours and traveling it was hard for me to call in to provide the information. There is no one onsite to take that information upon arrival. As I was driving in from the US it took me 6 tries over the course of a couple hours to get them that information. We had trouble unlocking the door when we did arrive because it was finnicky and had to call to figure out how to get it to open, luckily someone did promptly call back. There is no way to lock the door from the inside and someone did walk in on us the last morning we were there which was a bit unsettling. So not sure if they are giving out the same code to everyone or the cleaning person just didn't knock and barged right in, however it was well before check out time so we found that to be very inappropriate and I'm glad we were fully clothed and simply eating breakfast when they walked in. Location is OK, recommended parking lot was convenient and affordable.

Apartamento muy espacioso, nuevo y con todo lo necesario para alojarse. Un poco lejos del centro pero se puede ir andando. Fácil salida a la autopista para hacer excursiones en los alrededores. En fin de semana se puede aparcar gratis en la calle y a las noches en días laborables también.

This was an amazing place to stay. Very, very clean and spacious although we did take the one bedroom apartment. Not sure how spacious the other suites are, but this one certainly was great. Parking was the hardest thing, but not impossible to surmount. Well, definitely stay in the lofts. Next time we are in town. For the money it is a wonderful place to stay.

Faudrais penser à installer des barres pour se soutenir dans la douche. Le plancher est luisant comme un miroir et l’eau sur le plancher est tout à fait dangereux et glissant surtout qu’il y a une inclinaison vers le drain. Également rendre la télévision Freindly User. Ça me tente pas d’entrer des mots de passe, codes et adresse internet pour aller regarder les nouvelles.

깨끗하고 편리해요

숙소가 깨끗하고 국내의 작은 오피스텔같은 느낌이었어요. 그리고 음식을 해먹을 수 있고 공용 세탁기가 있어서 편리했어요. 체크인 할 때 약간 애먹었지만, 숙소 관리자와 통화하면서 웹에서 체크인 마치면 이메일로 룸넘버와 비밀번호, 와이파이 패스워드를 보내주고 입실하면 됩니다. 올드퀘백과 몽모랑시폭포에 800번 버스 타고 쉽게 갈 수 있어서 편리했습니다.

Nice and cozy room that is close to public transportation at an affordable price. You can find kitchen utensils to pots/pans and dishwasher soap in the kitchen to make meals. The room was very clean and hospitable. The nearest grocery store market is about a 15 min walk (one-way). The only caveat is when we arrived in Quebec in the morning, they did not allow early check-in or have luggage storage. Please plan accordingly if you arrive before the 4 PM check-in time. I would recommend booking your stay at this property if you're in the Quebec area or at one of their other locations.
