We booked the two bedroom, one bathroom family apartment and it was perfect for our family of 2 adults 1 teenager. The small kitchenette proved unexpectedly helpful for ensuring we all ate breakfast on days where we had outings with early departure times. The only nitpicks I could offer is that the hallway noise really travels albeit guests were generally quiet and our shower tile was looking a little worse for wear. Those are not deterrents for us and we’d definitely book a stay for our family here again.

Needs improvement.

If everything would have worked as expected, I would give this property 4 stars. But hot water was practically non-existent for the first 2 days. When I asked the front desk they initially said it's because I was on a high floor and that's just how it is. Disappointing, but they did send maintenance to look. Maintenance asked us to leave the hot water valves on in the bathroom while he went and inspected the system. We were heading out the door and were told that the front desk staff would let him back in when needed. However, he never came back. So a few hours later when we returned hot water was running and our place was a sauna. Full of steam, the walls in the entire unit were covered in water. The floors were soggy and wet. Front Desk came to help clean and I asked for complimentary housekeeping which they said would be arranged for the following day...Which also never came, and when I asked about why I received a small apology and an excuse that it was a crazy day. I was also informed that we were already entitled to a free cleaning but not once was this ever mentioned. Hot water worked that same evening, but the following days it would only stay hot for about 2 minutes. That's tough and impractical when traveling as a family of 4. So throughout our 6 days at ULIV Cibeles we only had one adequate shower and no cleaning service - though requested, especially after the inconveniences. I must say that at least the Front Desk employee was friendly.

For a self sufficient traveler, this is a great option. Newer property in a great, walkable location close to lots of attractions. Staff is available to assist, but don’t come looking for your hand to be held. This was my second time here and there will be more visits ahead.

Great location in the Roma Norte area and close proximity to great Michelin recognized restaurants walking distance. Safe even for night travel in the neighborhood. Rooms are clean and good services on the premise. 24 hrs security and concierge

Great apartments for short term or long term stays. This is my 2nd time with ULIV Cibeles. I'll return a 3rd time. Everything about the apartments has been thought through. Great lighting. Floor to ceiling windows which are great for journaling and viewing the city. Kitchen has the right amount of equipment to function well. Staff and management are superb. On-site laundry is handy. Very clean.

El lugar el acogedor y muy agradable, no obstante hay que poner más cuidado en la limpieza ya que el baño tenía mucho sarro en el lavabo y área de regadera. Asimismo, el piso del departamento no estaba barrido ni trapeado.

Wonderfull base to explore the City.

Great location, place is comfortable, clean, has good wi-fi, A/C, and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Staff was attentive and helpful. Thanks to Daniel at front desk for his help during check-out. We will be coming back in the near future.

I loved this place except for the issues with hot water. 1) It was very hard to regulate, so sometines it would turn scalding hot by itself and 2) Two days there wasn't any hot water in the morning. I mentioned this to the receptionist and he said it was a recurring problem in higher floors. But it didn't seem they didn't have any intention of fixing it. Problem is bad enough that I wouldn't stay in this property ever again. Too bad, everything else was really nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great, especially being so close to the Cibeles roundabout. The rooms were very spacious, and the large windows made the view from the 9th floor beautiful. The price was also very reasonable. I loved the area and would definitely stay here again!

The staff at this property was very professional and helpful, especially Daniel at the front desk. Any question that I had, he happily helped me with anything that I needed. This property is centrally located and close to anywhere you wanted to go to in Mexico City. Great view, great rooms and great people. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall good experience, good location, room was spacious and quiet. Only area for improvement is amenities and cleaning schedule is not enough for longer stays, had to be asking reception to get re stock of amenities.
