Hele aardige personeel, de appartement was heel schoon, netjes en op loopafstand van het meer en haventje. Helaas had het appartement geen airco maar het is wel te doen met een ventilator.

We did not receive the code to enter the building and find our check in details and as we checked in after reception had closed had to call to get the code etc. this took over an hour and was very distressing We were in block A facing the street which was extremely noisy early in the morning with workers across the road and traffic noise and revellers late into the night. It was very noisy. The room was hot and stuffy with no air con or fan at all. It was too hot to sleep and was very u comfortable and distressing. We asked for a fan or a room change but no response

Das Hotel nein ist es nicht ..Apartment Haus. Man bemühte sich nicht sehr um die Kunden ...ja es sei schon lange so dass die Heizung nicht geht...sie habe auch alt...man soll die Tür vom Bad offen lassen dass die wärme ins zimmer kimmen kann . ..noch kein Spiegel im Bad ..Kochherd geht nicht. TV nur Franz. SENDER...KAFFE maschiene gibt pro Aufenthalt 2 Kapseln.Garage fast unter Wasser allesnoch im Bau...kein Föhn im Zimmer ...aber 1 erhalten bei der Rezeption. Kein Kofferrolly vorhanden obwohl der Weg weit ist zum Gebäude B. Wenigsten die Appartments sind grosszügig...ohne Service und putzen.....gut akzeptiere ich bei dem Preis...aber nicht wenn das Zimmer beim Bezug nicht geputzt wurde....es ist Nebensaison ...man könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit erwarten.

La chambre en soi est pas mal, mais chauffage coupé en septembre alors que les nuits sont fraîches, bruits tres dérangeant d un moteur commenun frigo dans la chambre. J ai mal dormis du coup. Jolie terrasse une fois terminé.

Avis mitigé... Hôtel en construction donc pas mal de choses non finies et les détails de l appartement pourtant neuf présage un vieillissement rapide (une seule couche de peinture blanche sur les murs, finitions menuiserie non faites ...). Concernant le confort de l appartement literie ok pour la chambre parentale, lits superposés pour les enfants, mais pas de canapé pour regarder la TV par exemple donc manque un lieu de convivialité pour se retrouver en famille. Balcon agréable donnant sur le joli lac. Emplacement très bien pour se promener et rejoindre les activités du soir autour du port. Manque un balai ou aspirateur pour entretenir. Point a améliorer le petit déjeuner tous les jours la même chose mais trop d'industriels et pas de salé. Dernier jour pas de petit dej (dimanche) pourtant payé avaient proposé une box mais je ne l ai pas eue et le dimanche il n y a pas de personnel dans la résidence. Personnel très gentil. En resumé emplacement idéal, lieu propre mais pas encore fini au niveau travaux. Rapport qualité prix ok.

Le bâtiment est très chaud, il y a beaucoup de bruit extérieur ( rodéo nocturne). La télévision n a jamais fonctionné, il n y a pas de sèche cheveux, il y a très peu de vaisselle. Le personnel fait se qu il peut mais une information pourrait indiqué sur certains problèmes non résolus pour le moment.

Établissement neuf pas entièrement terminé et avec des défauts sûrement dues à un démarrage hative... Studio très peu fonctionnel, certaines chambres ne disposent que d'un canapé convertible et de deux lits enfant superposés. Malgré les difficultés le personnel reste souriant et à l'écoute.

Un très beau cadre et un accueil sympathique. Attention à bien fermer les volets des pièces au sud pendant la journée sous peine de devoir choisir entre avoir trop chaud et dormir fenêtre ouverte au dessus d'une rue assez passante la nuit en été.
