Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön im Apartment, ich weiß nicht ob es alles Apartments sind. Sehr sauber, einfallsreich eingerichtet, hochwertige Einrichtung mit Lautsprecher, verschiedene Lademöglichkeiten für Mobilgeräte. Parken mit Ladestationen und auch ohne möglich. Ein Manko hab ich dennoch, die Türen vom Fahrstuhl zum Zimmer, sind sehr schwer, ohne elektrische Unterstützung. Ich denke nicht so starke oder köperlich eingeschränkte Personen hätten ein Problem! Vielleicht können Sie das noch lösen. Denn das Hotel ist wirklich Schön und ruhig obwohl die Einflugschneise hier her läuft.

Hotel staff are very kind, helpful and welcoming. The ambience in the building is positive. Room was comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. I was happy to find washing machines on the main floor. Within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy and two s-bahn stations: S8/S9 will get you to Frankfurt Airport rapidly.

Alles top, sehr schöne Gestaltung und freier Kaffee, einziger Minuspunkt: Kommunikation an der Rezeption nur auf Englisch und auch Schilder im Hotel alle nur auf Englisch, für Personen, die kein Englisch können etwas umständlich. Wenigstens Beschilderung hätte man auch auf Deutsch einrichten können.

Tolles, neues und absolut sauberes Hotel, welches mit viel Liebe zum Detail besticht. Durchweg nette Hotelangestellte. Parkplatzsuche etwas schwierig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Rioca absolut weiterempfehlen.

Tutto è andato bene personale ok comfort ottimo. Una piccola nota negativa lo trovata nel buffet a colazione: un po' scarso per il prezzo che ha. Per il resto tutto bene. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr chic, Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet und die Sauberkeit war gut (es gibt allerdings noch Luft nach oben). Toll ist, dass man sich im Lobbybereich kostenfrei Heißgetränke holen kann. Weniger gut ist, dass sobald man am Abreisetag das erste Mal das Zimmer verlässt (z.B. um sich einen Kaffee zu holen oder sein Gepäck schon ins Auto einlädt, etc.) dass die Zimmerkarte dann bereits automatisch deaktiviert ist. Man kommt also erstmal nicht mehr ins Zimmer zurück (in meinem Fall war dies um kurz vor 10 Uhr, Check out ist erst um 11 Uhr). Somit durfte ich wieder runter an die Rezeption laufen, die Karte musste entsperrt werden und erst dann konnte ich überhaupt wieder das Zimmer betreten. Das war unnötiger und absolut vermeidbarer Stress, auf den ich als Gast gerne verzichtet hätte. Des Weiteren wäre es wünschenswert, dass die Hotelmitarbeiter (wenigstens an der Rezeption) auch etwas Deutsch verstehen und sprechen könnten - dies war aber weder am Anreisetag noch am Abreisetag der Fall. Die jeweilige Landessprache (zumindest Grundkenntnisse), des Landes in dem sich ein Hotel befindet, sollte bitte schon zu den Einstellungskriterien gehören.
