Firstly, there are many 4 room apartments at this area of town. Love the location as it is just a stones throw from the gothic quarters which makes for an enjoyable walk. Great host and hospitality shown as well by Hector and wife. Definitely look to stay here again the next vist to Barca

An excellent stay

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Very good location which is near to public transport. Metro is just located opposite the apartment. Near supermarkets and restaurants. Next to the apartments are two ATM machines and bank as well. Since we had a night flight, we were able to store our luggages in the office on the day of our checkout. Alavro helped us to arrange airport transfer and negotiate for us a better deal for the mini-bus transport. He provided clear direction to Montserret. Very pleased with our stay.

Rezervasyonu yaptığımızdan itibaren iletişim mükemmeldi. Her sorumuza çok hızlı yanıt verdiler. Apartmanın konumu, temizliği, sessizliği, kullanışlılığı harika. İki aile 4 çocukla kaldık hiçbir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Ekstra içecek istedik, söylediği saatte görevli arkadaş kapımızdaydı. Barselona’ya tekrar gelirsek mutlaka tercih edeceğimiz bir ağartman dairesi. Sadece balkonlar iki kişilik ama tüm apartmanlarda böyle. Ayrıca her odada balkon var.

Lovely staff, excellent communication- And kept checking in with us to ensure that we were doing well. The apartment had everything we needed, Nespresso pods always appreciated! Furniture a bit worn, but clean- which is the most important for us. Washer and drier- helpful for a big family. Just outside the tourist areas but across the street from the metro that was excellent and easy to navigate.

Carla and Francesco were brilliant hosts, great communication from the very start, they went above and beyond in every way to make our trip perfect. War alles super wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Getränke gab es sogar noch dazu. :) Wir durften sogar früher in die Unterkunft. Anbindung überall hin war super. Räumer waren perfekt. Immer wieder gerne. Wir waren zu 6 und die Unterkunft hat gepasst.

We had an amazing stay in Barcelona and found the apartment absolutely fantastic. It was bright, clean, spacious and fully equipped. I definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling with friends as a group or as a family. It’s walking distance everywhere, close to the Metro station and they also arrange airport private pickups. Giving 5⭐️

We had a penthouse with terrace and it was an excellent apt and outdoor space. Metro was right across the street and easy to get almost anywhere in the citty. The staff was excellent and responded to my questions very quickly. The apartment was a good size with all the amenities that were stated and that we needed. We stayed for two weeks and it was an excellent place to stay.

Perfect sized accommodations for 4 adults and 3 children. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. Location convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to public transport with Metro station across the street. Best of all, host is friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Communication was excellent and we had everything we needed for the trip. Soft drinks, beer, ice, coffee pods, shower gel and shampoo was all provided. Apartment was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We will gladly stay there again if we come back to Barcelona.
