Affordable and clean, but didn’t allow us early check-in and gave us the wrong code for the door. Since it was a Sunday, they took about 30 minutes to answer our phone call and we were locked out. Awkward how the bathroom has a see through shower and stall. You get what you pay for.

It was good until our last night there. We got locked out of our room. We’re foreign so we couldn’t call the number for support. Had to email customer service, they took a long time to reply. Was sitting outside our room for 2.5 hours for someone to figure out the door battery was dead and they had to come out and replace the battery.

These apartments were amazingly nice. It seems like they're normally used for long-term rentals but worked fine for a 2 day trip as well. We were shocked how nice the rooms were for the price paid.

Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks.

It was a great location and clean place. Super easy check in and lots of space. The TV was being very difficult with us and we ended up not being able to use it, but other than that it was a good space.

Great location, modern and clean - like new. Comfy bed. Very compact and smaller than the photos show but it was fine for us. A 15 min walk to the main station and all sites in the old town plus the lake area nearby.

Overall comfortable but needs AC

The apartment was clean and cozy with a minimal kitchen. We had trouble getting in, but they were quick to fix the problem. We also had a broken ironing board, but again, it was replaced quickly. The location is good. But no air conditioning, and it was hot.

Pro: Train station <200 m, also trams and buses. Walking distance to beautiful lake. Apartment clean, comfortable mattress and with all u need. Negative: check in is at 3 pm, not 2:59, not 2:58. It's by a code. Otherwise it's a pleasant stay and I can recommend.

Everything was good, nice rooms and surrounding. The glass door to the toilet (that can’t really be closed) is a bit inconvenient. And it would be helpful if you share the email address of vision apartments in the booking confirmation. Had to google it to get the contact to send the ID copy. Otherwise all good, great price!

Cons: No air conditioning which made the room very hot. Carpet was dirty. Linens and pillows were average. Check out is too early at 10am! Pros: location is walkable to the rail station (17 minutes) and to the Old Town (20 minutes). Bathroom was good and had basic amenities. We received the access code the day before with all the important information.

The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. Also, the bathroom is only seperated from the studio by clear glass, which means the toilet and shower are visible from the bed. Lastly, even though the weather was around 20 degrees the room was hot and humid. We had the window open whenever we were there but it was too hot to sleep regardless.

We stayed there for two nights in early june. Room was quite small like I expected when reserving. No AC so the room was quite hot even at early summer, ventilating through window didn’t bring much help. There was problem with cleaning when checking in but customer service offered us a little refund for that. The equipping was sufficent.

Location was perfect and accessible to tram, train and bus. Easy to enter and exit the apartment and building. Apartment was small, clean and the right size for a single or couple that plans to be out the apartment often. Apartment was warm but guest has the opportunity to open the windows. No smell. Overall reasonable, accessible and comfortable. No complaints.

Pictures on the website are not what you get when checking-in. No bath amenities upon check-in, shower head broken, ants everywhere, no noise protectiopn : you ear everyone talking in corridors or neighbors, overall state disastrous or broken. When seeing the pictures it seemed nice but we got something way worse.

When we arrived, there was no place to store our bags at the apartment. Vision Apartments should have informed us that we needed to pay for storing our bags at the train station. We wasted an Uber going to the apartment from the airport when we should have gone straight to the train station. We were given only 2 towels and bath mat. The shower was super slippery. The apartment was so bland and bare. We were not told where the nearest market was to buy food and then we discovered an Aldi within walking distance. We were not given any information and if we had been informed about the tour bus location and train station, we could have saved money spent on Ubers.

The Property was centrally located and easy to enter. The unit we stayed in was quite old looking. The beds were uncomfortable and definitely not a queen and a twin. They both seemed to be twins. There was no ac, and it was very hot and stuffy inside the unit. The windows in one of the bedrooms were sky lights and there was nothing to keep them open. The coffee machine was outdated and not usable. The floors were also dirty and not cleaned property. It was livable but not for the price paid. It was well stocked with everything and provided simple items such as dish soap, water and tolietries.

We stayed here for two nights. When we booked it, we were excited because it looked nice when we got there however it still looked nice but there were a few things that weren’t up to expectations (kind of clickbait). One of which was the bathroom the shower was difficult to control the temperature of the water due to the handle being broken, also there was no air flow in the room at all and all that we had was a little fan. Also the tv didn’t work, which that was t as big a deal since we weren’t in the room much other than to sleep. There were ants crawling all around the room. This apartment has a lot of potential but is lacking in a few areas. I hope this helps others. I would recommend looking else where first and use this as a last resort or if it’s close to where you want to explore that’s fine too. The only saving grace I could say we had was there was a lot of restaurants around that were good.

Worse Experience to date...

This was probably the worse experience I've had in traveling. The access code did not work for me and I met 2 other guests who also had issues and Irecommended they request new access codes like I did. Do not try to email any issues because they will reply back with 20 questions to answer even though we provided all that information on the initial email. The wifi did not work the entire stay! I was unable to work remotely due to this. Comminication was slow and did not resolve any issues. Rather they barely replied back to us. There is a washer and dryer available. However, it seemed like housekeeping was using the same washer/dryer as the guests! Every washer was filles with rags. And we were not able to use the washer and dryer because every time we tried, it was filled with washed rags. Although the accomodation is close to a train station, all the other NEEDED amenities (which is why we chose this apt) were not functional or available. No internet so we could not watch tv either. Smh I've never experienced an advertised accommodation that didnt have functional amenities as listed.
