During my stay, there was an unexpected problem with the air conditioning in the apartment, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Very bad management system. We paid for the rooms in advance through Expedia but was asked to pay again when checked in. The floor for all 3 units were dirty. The couch in the living had 3 legs broken so it’s not safe to sit on it but nobody told us when checked in. The other room couch was damaged but blamed us for it. The elevator wasn’t working properly most of the time but when we seek help from the security guard. They didn’t even look up from their phone and told us to use different elevators without pointing the directions. The other elevator is on a the other side of the building. We will never come back to this property again.
