No air conditioner. HOT, MUGGY, AWEFUL! No refund.

We stayed 11 days to celebrate NYE. The room was HOT & often reached 89⁰F. The air conditioning didnt work. There was no lobby person. In 11 days we saw 1 person on day 3. He stated that someone was on their way to fix the air. 2 days later I called again and they said that it wouldnt be fixed. They locked my room and stated that my room was switched. I stood in the hallway for an hour at 11PM locked out. Ultimately the room was half the size on the 3rd floor, old stairs & no elevator. I elected to stay in my original room and was promised another room there or in another hotel. We attempted to sleep with the window open but the heat and humidity was unbearable. We woke up throughout each night to splash cold water. I was startled when I walked into the restroom & my daughter was sleeping on the floor because the tile was cool. On day 9 EVENING I received a call from Roami bc they had a room the same size as ours. We moved and all went well for TWO of our 11 day nightmare. I was beyond upset & was only then offered a $200 refund of the $2k paid. I then received a text that they were glad to make things right for me. I responded with a text detailing the horrible service & that things were NOT made right. Overall: The room was clean. The space was nice. The location is amazing. The grounds need maintenance. They need a person at the lobby. We were locked out for 7 of 11 days & depended on people to open the front door. Would NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!
Rooms are clean. However don't expect housekeeping. In 11 days we never saw a housekeeper.
The one bedroom suite is very nice.

Everything is good aside from communication. There’s no front desk so you have to call in which no one answers the phones. 6am an alarm going off they said they’d send someone over or I’d have to wait until 9am when they have cleaning people come in. My check out was 11am and the alarm was going off until about 9:45 am.

This property does not look like the pictures. The air conditioner was not working properly for the last couple days of our stay. Pool was open but we did not use. Location is excellent. If you are just looking for a place to crash you are good. If looking for comfort this is not for you. We stayed for 6 nights.

Great location. There is no check in counter so you’ll be give a code prior to arriving to access the main door and your room door. Hotel is currently doing some renovations in the main lobby but the room itself was clean and spacious.

OK, this is a one off for me. I’m saying that this property is great if you use the particular room that I used. It is large sunny area. It has a great views of the city and old world charm. If you were back in 1920s to 40s eras of Miami, I would definitely use this room again Again I repeat room the resort is under a renovation and I imagine will be better when it’s done

Rats! Do not recommend!

Upon the day of arrival, we had no washcloth towels in our room and were forced to go out at 11pm to find and buy our own towels in order to take showers. The next day room service did bring two towels, one for each guess and we were given these for an entire 6 day trips our second day the toilet would not flush. Maintenance come out and fix it, but we continued to have problems throughout the trip. Third day, we get back to our room and we’re locked out in the middle of night. We were given a different code and door code probably wasn’t working due to WiFi issues…unacceptable. Then the grand finale… we come back to the hotel one night after a long day and we count a total of five rats running throughout the hotel lobby. Upon departure, I did disclose all of this in person to the property manager. Each individual incident was also reported to customer service by phone and requested to speak with a supervisor but was told to call back.

No desk personnel during peak operations. The entire hotel smelled like dirty water. My family was very upset with me for booking this hotel never again! The site misrepresented what they had to offer classic bait and switch.

Room was clean, hot water on the sink didn’t work. pool was dirty and no filter running on it to keep it clean. Only until I emailed them about it was some what taken care of but not were somebody would get it in. There is no ice machine at this property, all tho there is a small fridge inside the room ice is important in a place with 100 degree weather. The guy Steve managing the property did the best he could and was very helpful. They’re lucky to have him working there. There is no elevator at this property in working order. So if you’re on floors 2&3 you have to take the stairs with your suitcase. I have stood here not having these problems before. I f they fix these things I would stay again due to it being in a great location for everything around including a CVS directly across the street.

This hotel was the absolute WORST! I don’t recommend no one to stay here ! I’m room was disgusting! I stayed for two nights and never again . Nobody was in the lobby when me and my sister got there. No manager in the building. They won’t put us in another room. Stains on furniture. Expedia said I couldn’t get a refund and if I cancelled I’ll be charged a fee even after I called and stated my concerns about the hotel . They didn’t clean our room or send us fresh towels and things like that . Room or building was in a condition to let anyone stay there . They were under construction!! PLEASE DONT STAY HERE AND THEY LOCKED US OUT TWICE FROM THE BUILDING LOBBY !
