The stay was cozy. Everything was updated. I give the property a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The communication and instructions were great. The office staff was helpful, professional, and polite. The lighting in the room is a little tricky, so I advise you to ask about how to turn them on when you check-in. If I take another trip to the Charlotte area this will be my go-to stay.

Decent property I just never been to an hotel that the lobby is closed. Had only one tissue roll in the bathroom had to keep going to the front desk to get more. The toilet kept running the whole visit.

Brand new hotel. Comfy and clean. Pack your own toiletries they don’t supply any. Don’t expect friendly check-in staff. But the hotel was convenient and affordable.
