The property is new and the rooms still have that new room smell - lovely! The area around the hotel is being developed. This hotel has limited office hours and appears to have mostly long-term guests. The family that runs the hotel are very kind. Some suggestions: add some kind of towel bar and hooks in the bathroom and the wash cloths could be a better quality - one they get wet, they almost disintegrate.

Nice Place

Newer hotel, nice set up. Our room still smelled new! Elevator was not working when we checked out, other than that very nice place. Did not find any place to drop room keys at checkout, so had to climb stairs to return them to our room. That would be my only complaint

10/10 stay for 2 weeks

The rooms were awesome. Very spacious and clean. The set up is a little different, with all the rooms facing a central courtyard. Looking forward to coming back during the summer and making use of the courtyard. I checked out on a Saturday and the refund was pending on my card the same day.

Looks can be deceiving

Not your norm. At check in we were told maid service is by request only once a week and we had to bring our dirty towels to the main office to retrieve clean towels. All towels looked & smelled dirty & old. Every night random people were in front of the establishment smoking cigarettes & marijuana. 2nd night 2 police cars were called present but uncertain of the reason. We cut our stay short to check in elsewhere.

This is not a hotel, it is an extended stay and is more geared that way. We came in on a Saturday night and was called at 4:30pm to let us know that the office closes at 5pm and we would need to call emergency number. We were close so we got there before 5, thankfully. The front desk did not open till 9am on Sunday and we had to leave by 5am, so we were told by someone who stays there to just slide the key under the door to the lobby. There was no other options except to call the emergency number. The first room's bed were stained and the manager had to be call to change rooms. He did quickly and told us he checks everything twice so the stains were most likely chemicals from cleaning. Second room was clean but the door was already open when we got upstairs. After my husband checked everything we settled in. Looked like a nice play to stay for a longer time but definitely not a hotel experience. Everything was clean after the first room and the outside courtyard was nicely done. If your looking for a place to stay for a week or more, it will do fine.

Lacking cleanliness; received dirty towels when exchanging. Sheets had hair on them. Food and crumbs in pull out sofa bed. Large parties happening one night and definite drug usage (could smell it outside rooms).

The general manager, James Park, was extremely helpful and informative. He even helped me carry a tote up to my room as I had a broken arm. I wasn’t expecting any help, but he insisted. It was really appreciated. The room was clean and bright and we had everything we needed in terms of cooking utensils, pans, cutlery and dishes. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Not Safe. Smells like weed everywhere

The hotel is clean and brand new, but it doesn’t feel safe. We were watching TV and the next thing I know, there was a loud bang at the door that scared everyone. I looked outside, but I didn’t see anyone. Later, we went out and when we got on the elevator there was a strong odor of marijuana. I will never book another stay here. Don’t stay here if you have kids
