The property was nice with a clean pool, but very poor customer service. We were greeted with hostility upon arriving at the accommodation, taking over 30 mins to retrieve our booking details. Moreover, receptionist barely understood any English and there were charges for basic amenities and services such as towels and bed sheets. Great view and pool, but wouldn't recommend if looking for an all inclusive accomodation.

チェックインの対応も酷く、無意味に待たされた。 宿泊時に隣の部屋で工事が行われて朝8時から夕方まで騒音が続く。事前に工事日程がわかっているにも関わらず無告知でひどい騒音が毎日続いてた。。 クレームを言ってもアパートの受付の人には責任感がないのか何も対応してもらえなかった。 更に、空港送迎の支払いも事前にオンラインで済ませているのに、日本帰国後にも関わらず後から更に要求してくる。 立地以外は全くオススメ出来ないアパートでした。
