Great location, spacious, well-equipped

The title says it all. The property is located at the heart of Austin. We walked everywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and the apartment is well-equipped and spacious. We had noisy lodgers upstairs for the first 2 nights which is not the hotel's fault; however, it is worth noting that sound travels between floors. The big question is 'Would I stay here again?' The answer is Yes.

Fire alarm

Tell me why the fire alarm went off at 430am and concierge had no clue what was going on. Check in communication text was never sent . Hotel did nothing to compensate for horrible night of sleep.

I had to call to have them email me the check in information. I was supposed to receive by 4pm. Night view was awesome - looking right at Frost Bank Building. Icemaker did not work and VIP gift was only 2 bottles of water.

Convenient but unclean

The property was close to the Austin convention center and made it really easy to get to my conference sessions. However, I had to kill roaches in the room. When I told the front about it they just said they would take care of it, no offer to reduce the payment for needing to kill roaches and check all my bags and clothes to make sure I didn’t bring any home with me. I stayed on the second floor.
