CAREFUL they have very bad deposit policy.

The building and the apartment are nice, in a good área. Everything is available and in order. My low review is because PRIMESTAY has a very bad policy with deposits. They took 1,500 AED from my international card and after the stay (I left the apartment in perfect conditions) they refunded by BANK TRANSFER instead of giving the money back to my credit card, so I lost more than 400 AED for currency exchange and the costs that the bank keeps when doing international transfer.
