Pues no servía el elevador y nos dieron 4to piso y no hablaba ni inglés ni español el de recepción, y fue molesto sino entrar por la parte trasera y atravesar trabajadores y con piso levantado y todo mal, pero las habitaciones excelentes

This Hotel cannot be recommended. They were unable to provide the type of room we had booked. Instead of fronting up and acknowledging they put us in a cheaper, smaller, lower standard room that was not fit for purpose. When confronted the Manager did accept the problem and agreed to sort out compensation for the error. In spite of direct contact and the involvement of Hotels.com there has been no attempt to correct their error. They should be removed from the Hotels.com property list.

Pech oder etwa doch nicht…?

Abgesehen von der Lage würde ich es nicht mehr buchen. Empfang: 2h vor Check-In gab‘s Diskussionen um den gebuchten/bezahlten Parkplatz, schliesslicht durften wir auf den zur Hälfte leeren Hotel-Parkplatz. Zimmer in der Dependance sind in die Jahre gekommen… hatten wir Pech oder war das die Retourkutsche für die Parkplatzdiskussion? Frühstück war ok aber überteuert.

Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money.
