Perfect location for touring Hollywood Blvd, yet off the main drag a bit so it wasn’t as noisy. Very quiet, actually. Management was great with communication and responding to our needs.

Situated just off the Hollywood walk of fame this was a great location for exploring the area north of downtown L.A. Plenty of dining options along Hollywood Blvd. if you don't want to self-cater!

Colorful building in a quiet and cozy spot in walking distance to popular LA Hollywood attractions. Despite having the electronic door not working and having the site maintenance worker having to call the owner in Japan to handle the situation ( It took about 45 minutes to an hour), the hotel is an excellent place to stay. I will recommend to friends and family and definitely book again for my next stay.

Basic apartment with full kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean. Toilet seat was functional but did not fit the toilet. There was hot water for the shower but it took an extremely long time to get warm. Location was good and underground parking garage was very convenient and secure for $35/night which was not a bad deal. All in all, it met our needs but next time my wife in particular will want something a little more high end.

Parking was nonexistent and when I tried to get the paid parking..employee told me I had to go through Expedia and Expedia said I had to go thru the hotel…thus we had to park far away. Also the queen bed did not have a mattress or sheets for it.

The couch in the unit really should be replaced; it's a futon/pullout sleeper; but when sitting on the couch it would always slowly slide out and the cushions side down.

We stayed for 2 nights and in 2 rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff accommodated our luggage immediately upon arrival. Very clean rooms with all kitchen stuff needed. All dishes and cutlery like new. We were very impressed with our stay and the services provided. Thank you Quintessence Hotel, for making our stay in LA so enjoyable!!! All 5 stars to you guys, for great customer services!

Wonderful one night getaway

Everything about our stay was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had wonderful amenities within the room. The location can’t be beat (we were headed to the Hollywood Bowl) and the parking garage underneath the complex was perfect!
