Apartment building was very clean and well constructed. The people above us were walking back-and-forth in their apartment and we could hear them clearly. Amenities worked great. The area is so so, but it’s Hollywood.

Amazing property, literally only 2 mins walk to the Hollywood Walk of fame. Metro 5 minute walk and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was excellent and replied promptly to any questions asked. Would recommend 100%

Wonderful one night getaway

Everything about our stay was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had wonderful amenities within the room. The location can’t be beat (we were headed to the Hollywood Bowl) and the parking garage underneath the complex was perfect!

This is a great place to stay for an apartment/hotel experience. So fun to feel like you have a little pad just off Hollywood Blvd. Great deal for the price. Walking distance to low cost stores to get trip supplies. We would likely stay here again but would bring ear plugs if getting one of the rooms directly on La Brea. Inside rooms are probably a lot quieter.

It was very quiet and secured gated property. It was nice to have apartment space and feel with all amenities. Very basic decor so dont expect a whole lot, but bed was comfortable and they provide extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. Great location and walkable area to Hollywood Boulevard, restaurants, and shopping. Parking garage was little confusing getting in but once you get it, it’s easy and double gated secure so you will feel super safe

The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. The sofa bed was not to comfy but it worked for us. Bring extra blankets if you want for comfort for the sofa bed. If you plan on using the kitchen, make sure you bring your spices and cooking oil but everything else is provided. The host was very helpful and responded within mins. We would stay again for sure.

We stayed for 2 nights and in 2 rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff accommodated our luggage immediately upon arrival. Very clean rooms with all kitchen stuff needed. All dishes and cutlery like new. We were very impressed with our stay and the services provided. Thank you Quintessence Hotel, for making our stay in LA so enjoyable!!! All 5 stars to you guys, for great customer services!

Perfect location for touring Hollywood Blvd, yet off the main drag a bit so it wasn’t as noisy. Very quiet, actually. Management was great with communication and responding to our needs.
