Hotel rooms, pools and entertainment was really good However, the hotel is not by the beach… you cannot walk to it. Hotel is in the hills in residential areas. They do run a shuttle bus every hour 9-3pm only and that only takes you to working marina and it’s 20-30mins to kos town There is a couple of tiny stoney beaches but not great where bus drops you (you have to walk backwards from shuttle bus drop of) Bus often goes early as once it’s full, that’s it as it cannot take more than 20people We went at end of season and it went early a few times, would be awful in height of season! Why it stops at 3pm no idea, but reception kept saying it’s only 20e to and from town in taxi, like it’s so cheap!!! Only has one dining room and as said, we went end of season and was busy enough, thus it would be hurrendous in height season. They do have one so-called Al la carte which is above main buffet restaurant but it’s just another Buffett just smaller, which you help yourself. We went for so called Italian and Greek nights but it had no food at all relating to Italian or green food!! So we went down to Main restaurant All staff were very unfriendly and don’t give you any information about anything… we did after lots of winding up,crack a bit of a smile! Entertainment was good… just as well as you can’t go anywhere outside

Fint hotell, nära till Kos stränder och shopping

Fantastisk utsikt och fint hotell överlag med fina rum. Mycket bra service och trevlig och engagerad personal. Alla var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Kommer att rekommendera detta hotell till vänner. Poolen med rutschkanor mm var ej i bra skick och rutschkanorna inte ens igång. Synd när allt annat var så bra.

Brill all inclusive

Good food, good drink in glasses, exceptionally clean, only problem limited entertainment and accommodation is on a hill although there is transport with your cases

Vacanza non iniziata nel migliore dei modi s causa della camera con pavimento rumoroso e divano letto che non stava in piedi, si è sistemato tutto in quanto dopo una giornata e 3 lamentele ci hanno cambiato camera.la signora Maria della reception è stata cordialissima sia al check in che al check out.l'unica pecca è che l'animazione è solo in inglese

Mooi resort met zeer aardige mensen

Behalve de overboeking van onze Family suite was het zeer goed verzorgd. Over deze overboeking werd in eerste aanleg niet eerlijk gedaan. Wij kregen ipv de Family suite spontaan 2 gerenoveerde hotelkamers naast elkaar aangeboden. "Zou beter bij de leeftijd van de kinderen passen". Pas na aandringen dat wij de suite ook wilde zien kwam de aap uit de mouw. We waren overboekt. De kamers waren verder goed. Ruim en schoon. Mooie zwembaden en het eten was prima en gevarieerd.

hôtel moyen et très calme

a l arriver a 21h30 première impression "hôtel super" on déchante très vite 1 tartine de pain sec avec du fromage, la chambre super literie et propreté nickel, vue imprenable sur la mer, buffet répétitif mais très bon , boissons très peut de choix avec manque de personnelle ce qui donne de longues file d attente,animation nul étant donné le manque d animateurs (2) ,hôtel un peut loin de tout mais ligne de bus a proximité et toute les heures , ce qui ne nous a pas empêcher de passer de bonne vacances ;-)

soggiorno di cinque giorni con mia figlia e il mio nipotino albergo ottimo all inclusive . posizionato in collina alle spalle della città,si gode una vista meravigliosa sul mare.Un autobus pubblico il n°7 collega l'albergo al centro della città ogni ora. E' preferibile noleggiare un auto per raggiungere i tanti luoghi di interesse. Il cibo ottimo e vario.Lo consiglio con tranquillità.Presenza di zanzare,munirsi dell'occorrente.

Atostogos Koso saloje

I Koso salą vykome jau ketvirtą kartą. Šame viešbutyje buvome su šeima balandžio 17-24 d., kadangi sezonas dar tik prasidėjo, tad kaikurios paslaugos dar nebuvo teikiamos t. y. neveikė taverna, nebuvo aktyvių užsiėmimų vaikų klube. Pats viešbutis ant kalno iš kur atsiveria gražūs panoraminiai vazdai į jūrą, maitnimas geras, atarnavimas irgi, yra vandens kalneliai,bet nevertinčiau jų labai gerai. Pagrindinį šio višbučio privalumą išskirčiau tai nuostabius panoramnius vaizdus, o minusas, kad tikrai toli iki paplūdimio, tiesa važiuoja autobusas, bet tai mokama.

Holiday ruined!!

We had 3 weeks until we were due to fly out and the hotel cancelled our booking, leaving my husband, myself & 3 children without a hotel. Expedia gave terrible customer service and couldn't find us another hotel on the island, meaning that we lost our flights. We couldn't afford to book another holiday so ended up going to a caravan in Weymouth. Will never book a family holiday with Expedia again!!
