We stayed there for 9 days. Really great hotel for families, clean big apartments, very good breakfast and dinner, kind and positive staff (both at reception and canteen) We were lucky as our room was facing street, less lucky might listen to the very loud music from the bar. Overall it's an amazing family focused hotel. Thanks to staff who made our stay pleasant

The apartment was clean and had everything to self cater. Air conditioning was good. Most staff were friendly. The pool looked quite tired but we went to the beach most days so it was ok. Location is right in the town centre close to shops and restaurants. The hotel overbooked and we were put into an alternative hotel for 1 night which did spoil our first impressions. I would return to the hotel though.

Staff at the Hotel was veru good. I had book am accomodation for my familty of 3.. I was given a room in the extended part of hotel , which didnt give a good feel .. it is cut off from Main Building .. It is an average accomodation.

I arrived early at the property, whereby the staff went out of their way way to provide my accommodation. I was also upgraded free of charge to a one bed, as the studio I had selected had been double-booked. The whole team were pleasant and polite at all times, and dealt with all my queries efficiently. The onsite cycle hire was useful, though the bikes could be a bit more up-to-date considering the hire charges (almost 100 euros for 2 days) be aware helmets, pedals etc. are all extras. I found the area a bit quiet in terms of evening entertainment, though a short bus ride into Alcudia soon remedied that.

Våra vistelse vår toppen! Vi rekommenderar hotellet. Alla personal är trevliga, poolområdet är jättebra, drinkarna är fantastiska! Rummet var inte så nya som entreplan, men ändå bekväma. Om det renoveras blir då perfekt!

Good times

Facilities outdated but well maintained. We stayed at the flats/studios in the second building. The unlimited buffet deal was great making the price affordable for breakfast and lunch. The building is right under a terrace bar so it can get quite loud until late making sleep quite difficult for the young ones.

High season family vecation

The apartmant/hotel has two buildings with their own pools. The main building is great, nevly renovated inside and out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only problem is only one bathroom with a sliding door that can't lock and the door get's stuck when closed so children get trapped. Helped several kids out of the bathroom. Easy fix if prioritized by staff. Otherwise great. The second building which we were stationed, was old and not that great.

Bra att bo i lägenhet men med möjlighet till deras brunch. Brunchen var prisvärd och på så vis kunde man få både frukost, fika och lunch varje dag. Trevliga rum, bra personal, bra läge. Enda nackdelen var att det var lite förvaring i lägenheten.

Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet ved Lago Park. Beliggenheten var god og betjeningen var veldig serviceminded og de bidro til en hyggelig, trygg og god atmosfære. Bassengområdet var relativt lite, men rent og fint hele tiden. Vi hadde bestilt frokost/ brunsj og det angret vi ikke på da de som spiste tidig rakk og spise også lunsj før det ble stengt. Stor variasjon i mat og noe for enhver smak. OM man skulle ønsket noe mer/ annerledes, så var det at man kunne hatt mulighet for å kjøpe vann/mineralvann i resepsjonen etter barens stengingstid. Men alt i alt, vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Good location

Food buffet was nice, we did it one day when we were by the pool. It’s unlimited for breakfast, brunch and lunch so we went in 2-3 times during the time period. We stayed in the lago2 which was more run down but fine. Pool towels would have been appreciated to be included in the price as we had to use our room towels which was annoying. Housekeeping was good but there were 2 days out of the week they didn’t clean (as in they don’t clean on those days). Hotel room had strong smell of drains particularly during the first part of the week, not sure if it was related to the wetter weather as it went away when it was sunnier. Little kitchenette was good, well equipped and easy to make meals in. Beds were quite comfy but pillows too flat, used a blanket underneath but still wasn’t very comfortable. Bit noisy as our room faced the bar. Staff all friendly and helpful. Local area was fine, lots of nice restaurants (we liked el patio and the pizza place a street or so nearby) and nice beach, beach quite small so not much room for kids to play football. Worked well as a base for us to explore the island. Had no issues with on street parking apart from one sunny weekend day where we just parked a bit further away.

The pictures of the hotel in the Internet are heavily photoshopped and do not correspond to the reality, especially the pool area. Additionally, the hotel consists of two buildings, newer and older. The older building is not shown in the pictures, and it looks far less attractive than the main. For the price the hotel charges per night, there are far better options.

Dont get scammed - like me!!

Beautiful pictures, But absolutely nothing like reality. I'll keep it simple: 1. Extreme noise from the "cocktail bar" just outside the windows. 2. COCKROACHES in the room. Several cockroaches where in our room, despite us complaining, not much was done about it. 3. The state of the building and sourroundings are just sad. I feel cheated by the pictures, and hope you dont make the same mistake as we did.

Très bonne expérience

Emplacement tres bien. Facilité de stationnement dans la rue au mois de mai. Dommage pour les chaises qui font un bruit insupportable et nous reveillent lorsque les autres hôtes ne font pas attention en pleine nuit. Les appartements surplombent une petite rue ce qui fait resonner les bruits. Relativement calme la nuit. Super petit déjeuner. Personnel tresnagreable et serviable. Il faut aimer les ambianges de stations balneaires ultra touristiques
