Our AC was out the first night until late at night, washer handle was broke upon arrival. Had to take our household of 6 laundry to the laundry mat.

Our washer door broke on Wednesday and we didn't get it fixed for the rest of the stay. We were playing in a baseball tournament and needed the washer and dryer. It was very inconvenient for the rest of our stay. I called a couple of times to see if they could put us in another room or had a recommendation on giving us a place to do clothes.
