Spacious rooms, great bargain. You get basically your own house for half the price of casinos that will charge you for resort and parking fees. Parking is free. Rooms have separate bedroom, deep bathtub and separate shower, dishwasher, kitchen sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, laundry room! You can cook your own food here, has utensils and cookware in room. Staff is professional. Not far from Strip. Can’t complain, travelled with kids and they loved it. Plus has multiple pools and jacuzzis.

I've stayed at Grandview last summer in July. My stay then was excellent, no problems. However, my recent stay wasn't as pleasant. Our washing machine/dryer combo wasn't working properly and none of the maintenance staff knew how to work it. So we had to use a washer/dryer in another unit. And then, it took housekeeping almost two days to deliver fresh bath linen/towels. Had to keep calling front desk to remind them.

Place was not clean. They did not leave any supplies, i.e. shampoo, body lotion, coffee, We called 3 times to have to the place cleaned. They never showed up and when they finally did, they did no clean the place, they just brought the bare minimum supplies

Grandview is in a good location and having the kitchen and extra space is nicer than staying at a hotel. It is more run down every time we stay. The building pipes are very loud. The front desk staff is annoyed anytime we ask for a basic missing kitchen item or a new key (the keys stop working frequently). We would stay again because we know what we are getting into. The price is right for what you get.

Very poor customer service the worst place I've ever been PLEASE DONT COME STAY AT THIS PROPERTY SOMEONE STOLE MY CARD INFORMATION AND USED IT AND IT WAS AN EMPLOYEE THE KEY CARDS NEVER WORK I paid to get into my room at 10am the key card didn't work until 4am when the security let you us in
