Great stay in Busan

New, clean, convenient (corner store on premises and free parking). Great suite. I'm not sure who did what in the past that warrants advertising upcharges for things like not doing the dishes or sorting the recycling but it leaves a bad vibe. But I guess they find it necessary.

Home away from home stay!!!

Very nice apartment like, we got 2 bedroom for 2 nights, big rooms, big sala and big kitchen. It really made me feel like a home away from home. We can stay comfortably because of the big space. Nice view of Heundae Beach. With convenince store and restaurant in the lobby, makes easy for us to get our daily food supplies and beverages. Clean towels daily, they automatically put in the front door daily, even we dont ask for it. Wifi connection is also strong. Kitchen is equiped and we can cook what easily when ever we want. The whole unit is clean and organize. Everything is nice and this unit is recommendable.

Property was updated. They had no A/C in the hallway and the entrance to the property. I reserved a double and single bed and only got a double. I asked where the other bed was and they said it was a futon. Futon is a blanket for the floor with a pillow and a cover. Make sure there is an actual single bed.

Stayed at NewCZ Haeundae for a couple of nights during my trip to Busan, and it was honestly a great choice. The room was super clean and looked just like the photos—modern, simple, and cozy. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Just a short walk to Haeundae Beach, and there are lots of cafes, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated how quiet it was at night. Check-in was smooth and contactless, which I liked. One thing I also noticed was how responsive and kind the staff were through KakaoTalk. Definitely would stay again if I come back to Busan. Solid place for both solo travelers and couples.

We couldn't check in online, so it took a few minutes finding out that we needed to go to the 3rd floor for check in. Better instructions at the entrance of the building would have helped. Once we figured things out it was easy and fast. The staff we very friendly and helpful, I'm thinking of coming back next year, very pleased.

the unit was modern and clean. enjoyed the views of the beach and coast from the unit. garbage disposal was well setup not requiring us to bring anything down to sub levels. parking was convenient. the only difficult part was checking in ... unsure where we were suppose to go and had to go to multiple areas to get directions for the right area. also sent texts to the mgmt for additional towels but those requests never got unfulfilled. would stay again if we are in the area as the unit was nice.

The property itself was amazing. However checkin was a little confusing. The front lobby had a desk but no one there. Someone from the third floor screamed down to have us come up to the third floor to checkin. No bath towels were provided and the plug for the bathtub was the wrong size so couldn’t use it. Otherwise, very comfortable stay as it was very roomy for the 4 of us with amazing views. Great location too.

This place is still under construction in some areas. The photos are deceiving. Room was actually smaller than shown. No room service. No bath towels. The washer in the room is not available for use. Very ikea…airbnb look so please be aware when booking.

Beautiful Apt, But Only 2 Real Beds

The apartment is beautiful, with great views and location. The only downside, which is important to note, is that saying 10 people can stay there (comfortably) is incorrect. The queens are not standard queens but instead full sized (we were told this is queen sized in Korea, but we’ve stayed at other places with standard queen). The twin cots are mattress pads that go on the ground. What’s strange is the apartment is quite large, but the bedding is totally inadequate. I wish they would put more beds, or bigger beds, in rooms and in terrace areas. It could sleep 10 easily if it wasn’t for the furniture. Fortunately the couch was super comfortable to sleep on. Also, the staff working there were super kind and accommodating and provided more bedding to make us comfortable. So, overall, was a good experience. But please correct the communication and consider getting more beds- it’d be worth it
